AHDo stronghold carriers have some type of rank or allegiance requirements?
I presume its power play and you need to be pledged to the controlling power.

Also, the PLASMA CHARGERS seems to have a mind of their own, they fire even when the trigger is fully depressed, I'll investigate this to make sure I reduce overheating.
So at the end of a sortie I often end up with structural damage, what I do now, is to Reboot and Repair to make sure I don't have to crawl to the pad during landing on the Carrier.

No, I think FD cheated players with PMKII that's why real ED players not FDBs are not buying mandas though Starfield has not picked up so far and 2.5K of Starfielders came over bating on manda and PP2.0 that helped FD a bit.
I am not against a negative feedback towards the game/FDev here, if it's constructive at least a bit, as may be seen in the discussion multiple times. But please, no made-up bullshit based on no facts/data/etc. here. Thank you.
Herein are the facts:
Initial release of PMKII for ARX is the classical case of false advertising. It was the first ARX ship which was heavily advertised by FD as a superior medium combat ship (unfounded performance claims). A lot of players bought ARX to get that ship. In reality it turned out that it is not a superior combat ship but just OK one barely surpassing MKII. Its index for OUs is only 17, yes it has SCO but players would hardly use it because of small fuel tank. When I addressed to FD that something is not right about the ship, initially they said that space was taken by SCO and 2 extra utility spots but then they mentioned that ship was nerfed on purpose otherwise the ship would be too good so it would shadow other combat ships. Now when Manda has arrived, it contrasts the above even more clear. Manda has SCO and it has matching fuel tanks and its OU index is 30. Somehow SCO did not take OUs space. Another thing did you noticed the difference how advertising for Manda was done. It was done mostly by some third parties not by FD directly. FD did release short video close to launch date but they never claim that it is superior travel ship, they even were honest for a change showing that you will jump further but you will find the same FAC (Fonticulue Campestris – Amethyst). “Don't forget that no one actually needs to be deceived or misled for a court to find that an advertisement is misleading”.
