UramakiThis sir, is the best way to make the game unappealing as quick as possible! I will never, ever understand why some people play this way. They harm themvelves.. There are thousands way to play the game, but so many people somehow end up on the same rails. It's a pity.
What really matters is not the goal, but the experience you have while you reach it.
What matters is that you have goals. These do not necessarily align with ranks or achievements.
There's nothing wrong with taking shortcuts. The game offers a multitude of activities, some appealing, some not. For the non-appealing activities, I recommend to avoid them if possible. If they can't be avoided because they stand in the way between you and your goals, I recommend taking every available shortcut.
For example, if you enjoy engineering ships but hate collecting materials, prolonging the material gathering "experience" certainly won't make the game more appealing. Taking shortcuts will.

Thats a some rumor. I never found that video or text where someone says about that one close aproached commander. If you find it, tell me.

MitxelThis is a game of mechanics, not a high run competition for level up quickly. Join to a squadron met other commanders and enjoy become a old comander. Some People have a bad idea for change the gamebase and reduce it to minimun experience only for be elite in one hour. Jajaja. I Know much players abandon the game for these type of practices. Yep, this is not comic... ????
Who are you talking about? Descates said that they didn't want to do that.

You can see raxxla, it's those 1000 permit locked solar systems by Bernard's loop, the Real question is, where do we find the permit? Instead of focusing on where Raxxla is at we should focus on what we would need to do in order to unlock that unknown permit.

I think finding elites biggest secret is a great goal! I think it's part of the reason why a lot of commanders still explore, but Raxxla is there, the issue is that the permit is unknown.
