@ Ginrikuzuma On the market page for the station there is a small box 'private note' put what you want in there, you can then decide whether to make it private or something for all to see, if left for the public it appears also on the front news page

It's assigned by wing commander/squadron leaders. So each wing can have different rules and conditions for rank assigning.

Ah, then it is a highest rank achieved, with priority Exploration>Trading>Combat when same ranks.

I can't join my wing because i applied for the old PCI Syndicate which was disbanded and they made a new one. Now when I try to join it says I can't because I have an application pending still. PLEASE HELP! My friends need me and I need them OMG INARA YOU ARE SO DAMN USEFULL I AM BEGGING!@!

There is no direct notification for that, but you can see it in Wing history in roster edit.

We are also planning a fleet expedition.
