Adam 'The detective' ŠtefánikAlso @thinder: you can try this Mandalay, it has minimal required engineering but engines are priority in upgrading: Mandalay

And my Krait

P.S. I managed to do 4 bomb runs totaly-1 yesterday with Krait-partial success-rebuy but 1 million bond, first today was with T10 (but I got 20 interdictions as I git hyperdicted by two Hydras and my hull was 50% so peculiar repairs needed), total fail-rebuy, no bond, second try with Krait ended same as with T10 and last one was total success-8 mil bond and I got home with 37% hull. And only once before I tried this but I havent got past pulse

I just adapted CMDR MEOWERS Fer-de-Lance fit, I concluded that the Python was way too slow I'll see how it goes, in boost, she stays above 500 m/s.

In fact my FDL configuration was already very close to hers, it didn't take much time or resources, but the Mandalay would.

I haven't seen the asteroid field, I get as close as <> 50 km but suffered too much damage and had to U-turn, like last time I ended up with 6/7% HP left.

If you’re suffering this much damage before getting to the asteroids, then either you’re ejecting the caustic sinks way too late, or you’re getting attacked by these starfish-like caustic generators (or both).

If it’s the latter, pop a heat sink when you’re approaching the generators and boost past them. If needed, pop a second heat sink to keep your heat as low as possible until you’re past the caustic generator zone. (Titan assault runs generally require a good stock of Basic Conductors & Heat Conduction Wiring. Fortunately, both are grade 1 materials.)

THIS... And I spend way too much time in the cloud, even with the FDL Which is the faster of the bunch (until now I prep a Mandalay), I never saw the asteroids.

All I see is a big undefine black blob and something that looks like laser fire in there but no human ships or belt.

Problem of FDL is small internal space so you cant fit so much hrps

What's wrong with having 1700 hull when you can evade so much incoming stuff?
Yeah, it gets risky, but rewarding. At least emotionally, in terms of 'this thing is super fun to fly".

6 utility mounts are an asset too. Plenty of room to fit sinks for crossing the caustic zone. There are different ways of doing it:

A.) Go full bore to reduce exposure time / use more heat sinks to keep ship cool.
B.) Go slow to stay <20% heat (no boost) / use more caustic sinks.

I am using a Pee2 (finally good use for her) running cold even with Bi-Weaves on. On a normal sortie (going in and out without getting lost, 3...4 nanite runs inside) I use up 12 caustic sinks). If everything works well, I don't use heat sinks but just my TV beam.

This works best for me. I have to say though: "speed running" sounds like more fun...

Still 2 1/2 hearts to go yet they lowered the CG target from 2.000.000.000 to 1.400.000.000 contributions.

Also don’t be fooled by the 1.3 billion progress Inara displays because apparently the total contribution mark also went down to about 950 mil in game. So it’s less work but not going to go tonight. Probably.

I was refering the removal of godhand protections, if you know how this player base is when it comes to combat, this poor titan is cooked

B makes kind of sense for passing the caustic generators. Once you’re past them and approaching the pulse range, A is the way to go, but without using heat sinks — no need to keep <20%, there’s no one there to attack you until you’re well past the cloud and into the asteroids.

Although frankly, heat sink synthesis materials are trivial to obtain in copious amounts. Not so much with caustic sink synthesis materials.

The issue was fixed so it will now display the new (lower) contributions amount correctly.

I couldn't get through the corrosive cloud that surrounded the Titan, and every time I would get pushed out by the emp.I carry a Thargoid Pulse Neutraliser and when I see a blue light in the direction of the titan is to press the bound fire button, however it doesn't work.I've wasted hours not even seeing the titan, I'm hoping for help (especially on the point of how to avoid getting pushed out by emp)
