mamba is fine ship. 4H efficient beam laser and frag cannons does the job for me in any powerplay encounters.

As an aside, are Sol permits still there for those who don’t normally have them? I’d prefer to poke the Titan remains there for any stuff I’d like/might want/need (for the SCO drives, for instance) with my alt than bother with the nonsense which has pirates scurrying about in them. And they apparently don’t care if it’s corrosive cargo or not either.

That reminds me....
Any specific builds/modules you'd recommend for poking around Titan remains? Would my go-to "collector" Python work?

Always bring a flamer to purge xeno corruption in holy fire. Collecting xeno technology is heretical. Don't be a heretic.

Oh, I'd definitely be a heretic by choice.

#1 because "I do what I want"
#2 because I'd gladly resurrect the Thargoids again and again, just to be able to keep the AX combat going.

Is anyone having any luck finding Titan Drive Components at any of the dead Titan sites? I want some for some new V1 FSDs.
I half remember the CG a while ago being a bit of a RNG headache and I'm feeling it already.
Did anyone have any luck? Any tips?

i found two at Cocijo earlier, but it's really just... fly around and hope. i would recommend picking up any materials you can or destroying commodities you don't want, if it works how i think it does it might free up 'instance space' for more things to spawn, which can include drive components. either way they're still quite rare

For anyone who still wants to fight Thargoids, there is a system that is over 900 light years away from the bubble. The system is located in the Witch's Head Nebula. This is the HIP 23759 system. There are non-human signal sources of level 4, level 5, level 6, level 7, level 8 and level 9. Permission is required for some of the adjacent systems. However, not this one. It's far away but better than the Asterope system. In the HIP 23759 system, I also collected rare salvage AI relics from two signal sources.

Thank you, your highness!!

*this is for all you Thargoid war junkies, and there are lots of them!*
