Jack DekerdtIt's 40 jumps back to Robigo. Has it been nerfed yet? I've seen chatter about it. Thanks
I heard Robigo is offline due to an Unknown Artifact infestation. I've not been there personally, but heard this from a wing-mate here on Inara.

Should I stay with Ferdel..? Go with upgrade to Python?? Wait for Anaconda?! Or should I default back to my Vulture?!?! : 0

Depends on what you want to do. For combat, Python is not an upgrade from FdL (slower, less maneuverable, bigger target) with equivalent firepower. For trading and mining with some combat capability to fend-off pesky NPCs, then yes, get a Python.

The FDL is a decent fighter, though I must be misusing it, because I greatly prefer my Python. Here's why. The FDL is nimble and has plenty of util mounts, but it's lower on power and just feels more delicate. One great thing is it can run away really well.
Python packs a punch. Less agile, but very versatile. I've had mine set to haul 256 tons and still able to fight. As of 2.1 I converted to a miner, scavenger. Still hauls 128t, but now has better shields, srv, top refinery, 3 limpet collector, prospector, and can still hold its own in a decent battle. It's def better for materials collection.
I'd say have both, but if I had to choose, I'd take the Python, but head to head the FDL would probably kill the Python, so there is that.piloting makes a big difference

Took a mission to source Osmium thinking it would be an easy run to the local Belt Cluster.....

ED_RecluseAnyone know where to find Osmium now??? It used to be plentiful in one of the Belt Clusters I used to mine. Now, there are mostly the "new" elements (Samarium, Praesyodimium etc..) but Osmium has become scarce. Guess I will have to make a trip to a Pristine Metallic again to see if Osmium is now a rare like Platinum and Painite.

Osmium can be found in pristine metallic in reasonable quantities, seems to be in the brightest part of the ring. The duller sections seem to be all the newer minerals. Since the update I have found a few awesome asteroids, one was just over 30% painite plus 12% gold happy day with 8 painite from one asteroid

Nightdemon00So in game the stats on the Imperial Hammer show that they have a thermal load of 16.0, i assume that is equal to the heat on your ship while flying about. So why when i'm in silent running does my heat raise to about 216 when i use them not just jump up by 32? (Bare in mind i'm using 2 of them) I saw this video on YouTube and the person using them his heat doesn't spike like mine does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnPWgn9uIw0
the video says it...

Ahh ok, why did they change heat generation so much then? It seems a bit overkill.

Thanks! Going to visit my old Bhotho pristine metallic rings now that the Ngolibardu CG is over.
