I've seen them in salvage wrecks on planetary surfaces.

I am in an engineered Anaconda with a 56Ly max range, and so it can't be the lack of jump range.
Not sure what to do.

OzramHeads up, the trade CG in the bubble is giving out freaking lottery size winnings for participation and it is easy as. Here's a Thread with some details if they aren't already updated here.

Ozram is right, crazy rewards being given for the CG in Morai..... Two runs in the Clipper [1400te] put me into the 25% bracket....
The contributions have just ticked over into Tier 5...... Top 25% is now worth 38.4 million,even the top 50% at 24 mil and the top 75% at 12 mil make it worth the trip.....
Morai is only 63.9 ly from Phiagre....so get on over and give your bank balance a boost
After a couple of runs today have now moved into the top 10%..... 57 million ???? shiny
