You will have enough for several a rated T6s or one a rated asp + change (rebuys).




You're right, made a pretty penny. 49 million. Can afford an A rated T6 now, or will get an asp explorer and kit it out slowly. Or, will do missions for the factions to unlock ships and THEN buy a good one.

What would you suggest?


A rated T6 + rebuys and $$ for whatever cargo you want seems the most prudent. Light asp build may net you more credits but is also riskier. Up to you. Personally, I wouldn't be in a hurry to asp up just yet. The T6 is such an excellent ship and well worth enjoying. Here's the build I used before engineering:

Thank you for the advice mate Will get to it when I get home. In the meantime will google some trade routes and commodities to move around so I can make some money hauling. Is a T6 good for smuggling?

Remember when I was going on about how I liked the Cobra MK 4, yeah...I kinda take that back, I got shot down several times and gave up on it, now I'm sitting in a Vulture and loving it!

T6 is a pleasure to fly. I don't really do much smuggling. I use mine for mid range cargo missions (sometimes stacking). I love the cockpit too and it's pretty survivable. I've never lost mine since I've a rated it.

Will be buying one when I get home, another hour and half for logout. Can't wait, plus this weekend is a long weekend, planning to get some trading done to make easy money. Will start slow with in-demand commodities, than when I feel a bit more confident and have enough dough stashed for multiple re-buys, will get an Asp and do some smuggling missions.

Tried my hand at mining, turned out I don't have the patience to scoop up rocks using the cargo hatch in a small vessel. Will leave that for an Anaconda, that's for another day.

Actually when properly outfitted the T6 can be a good mining ship. Here's the T6 I use for mining.
