Echoes of the past (broken)

Xbox series X on 10/17/2023 approx 2am. Echoes of the Past still broken? Mathis and I made it to the Wardens office and spoke w Delgado who told us to meet him at the key. (game was saved just prior to this and it must've been a quiksave?) We went down the steps looted an area to the right when we were set upon by some Grylloba and then a Grylloba Queen. Fighting these on Very Hard I retreated up the steps and killed the queen from above...Only the RAMP to the prison transport and the access to surface never opened. Checking the internet I went back through the Wardens office in search of missed Grylloba I found one in a collapsed tunnel....but there are no enemies on my radar...I have shot at the ceiling and at the ground everywhere for over 2 hours trying to force a bug out of hiding. No enemies that I can find on radar. I used a Cutter a Negotiator w 40mm XL and everything in between. When passing through the door back in towards the prison from the Wardens office ....I believe the game overwrote my save as it does not exist. The missions tab still says "Secure Shuttle Bay" I have 3 videos of the dead Queen and Mathis and I going through the prison. Hope you can help! (edited)Jump
