Can't Catch a Break ... Consteallation Worth It?

So ... that's it. I guess I'm destined to a life of uncertainty. My home colony wiped out by Spacers. Denied reenlistment after six years of impeccable service in the UC Marines. Couldn't get the hang of cargo transport. Now, I think I'm fired from Argos Extractors. Is anyone else being "reassigned" after that Crimson Fleet attack? I mean, Lin didn't actually say that I was fired, but she's sending me away as "courier" of whatever the hell this thing is that we dug up. And I get the feeling that she won't be thrilled if I came back afterward.I've still got my skills though. Those Crimson Fleeters didn't stand a chance. Maybe I'll just say "To hell with a job." and just go do some freelance work. It's either that or work at some coffee shop, but I can't stand the thought of working with some undisciplined swine who thinks a tough day on the job is working sixteen hours, and then finding out the corner store ran out of his favourite Chunks. There's no comradery anywhere, there's no dedication to a job well done.
Maybe I'll look into Constellation? This guy Barrett seems pretty full of himself, and he's talking Constellation up like they're the greatest thing ever since the Grav Drive. Then again, he's the reason the Crimson Fleet showed up at Vectera. Constellation might need all the help they can get with the likes of him running around attracting Pirate attention.
We'll see after I deliver this thing.
