3 | You gain a Chameleon-like ability when completely still and sneaking. Ranged sneak attacks do 3.5x normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 8x normal damage. Crew skill: Running no longer breaks stealth. | Perform 30 melee/unarmed sneak attacks. |

Crew skills operate differently from the player's skills. Crew skill bonuses don't stack with each other (only the highest rank applies), but they do stack with your skills. For certain skills, rank doesn't matter, and the bonuses remain the same.
