Shotgun Certification is a tier 1 Combat skill.
The Shotgun Certification skill is also unlocked with the Gangster background(s).

Crew skill: Follower’s Shotguns do 10% more damage.
2Shotguns do 20% more damage.
Crew skill: Follower’s Shotguns do 20% more damage.		Kill 20 enemies with a shotgun.
3Shotguns do 30% more damage.
Crew skill: Follower’s Shotguns do 30% more damage.		Kill 50 enemies with a shotgun.
4Shotgun kills grant a small chance to stun additional targets with shotguns for a limited time.
Crew skill: Follower’s Shotguns do 30% more damage.		Kill 100 enemies with a shotgun.
Crew skills operate differently from the player's skills. Crew skill bonuses don't stack with each other (only the highest rank applies), but they do stack with your skills. For certain skills, rank doesn't matter, and the bonuses remain the same.
