Can be obtained after the Legacy of the Fang quest. During the quest, convince Farud Hajtal to repair the Broken Fang heirloom and give it to his daughter, Maaliya. She can be found randomly in Va’ruun Camp outside of Dazra later and the armor can be looted from her body or pickpocketed.
