In order to retrieve the Conduction Grid technology, I need to travel to Neon and meet up with Estelle Vincent, the Crimson Fleet's Captain based out of the hedonistic city.

The tech I need is within Generdyne, Neon's power utility company. I'll need to speak to Myka, the owner of a club named Euphorika, who can help me make contact with one of Generdyne's executives.
Objective: Ask Myka about Ayumi Komiko's whereabouts

Myka has indicated that Ayumi Komiko, the Generdyne executive I am seeking, can be found within Euphorika's "Members' Lounge." I should proceed there immediately.
Objective: Acquire the Generdyne Passkey from Ayumi Komiko

I've killed Ayumi Komiko. I should retrieve the Generdyne Passkey from her body.
Objective: (Optional) Use Evidence to Extort Ayumi Komiko

I was able to acquire the passkey for Generdyne's Storage Room entrance from Ayumi Komiko. I should now head to their facility located in Neon's "Underbelly."
Objective: Obtain the Conduction Grid Data

Now that I've entered Generdyne, I should carefully make my way to the facility's Power Core and download the Conduction Grid data.
Objective: Locate Breyson Bayu

I've entered Generdyne's Power Core. I should be able to download the Conduction Grid's tech from the facility's computer access point.
Objective: Gain the Encryption Cipher from Breyson Bayu

I've downloaded the Conduction Grid data, but unfortunately, it's heavily encrypted. In order to make use of the data, I'll need to acquire an Encryption Cipher from Breyson Bayu, Generdyne's Chief Technician.

I've located Chief Technician Breyson Bayu. I should speak to him and try to convince him to give me the Encryption Cipher for the Conduction Grid data.
Objective: Decrypt the Conduction Grid Data

I've obtained the Encryption Cipher from Breyson Bayu. I should now access his computer to both decrypt the Conduction Grid data, and upload the virus Estelle Vincent provided.

I've decrypted the Conduction Grid data and uploaded Estelle Vincent's virus to Generdyne's mainframe. I should now meet Estelle Vincent at the Astral Lounge.
Objective: Locate Estelle at Madame Sauvage's Place

I've arrived at my predetermined meeting spot with Estelle at the Astral Lounge, and have unexpectedly run into Benjamin Bayu. I should see what he wants.
Objective: Speak to Estelle

I was ambushed by Administrator Benjamin Bayu at the Astral Lounge. He confronted me about the virus, demanding to know its origins. I've implicated myself as the culprit, and should now return to Estelle Vincent then leave Neon as fast as possible.

I've spoken to Estelle Vincent and wrapped up my business in Neon. I should now grav jump to the Key and hand over the Conduction Grid data to Delgado and Naeva.

I've arrived aboard the Key. I should now speak to Naeva Mora, who appears to be impatiently awaiting my arrival.
