Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

When in "My Crafting List" everytime you update or delete something you always return to the "blueprints"" tab. Which is very irritating if you are using any of the other tabs for more than a single unlock/blueprint etc.

When making a mission there is a section for visibility and has 5 options
Squadron only
Squadron and trusted allies
Squadron and allies
Squadron, allies, and supporters
Public
My question specifically is about the Allies and Trusted Allies who are they and how do you set them?

Trusted allies are simply those who have been your allies for at least X days, I think it was 30, not sure.

Allies are those you are in coalition with. Trusted allies are those in a coalition for two weeks or more.

I am not sure where the problem is? It seems to be working to me, unless you are trying to connect different account?
Otherwise, it doesn't matter if you link through Steam or Frontier as far as the correct account is being linked/imported.

I’m getting this again, have relinked the account in inara.cz, but still the same error code.
The Frontier's service is down or didn't return any relevant data, please try to repeat your request later.

My son is getting the same with his account.
Any advice please?

ArcBlade72On PS4, can't seem to turn in the Community Goal. Says complete in the Transactions Tab but no option to complete it in the Mission Board. The Board does show that there are still active Massacre Missions still for the conflict so I'm guessing the CZ's are active. But, as I mentioned, it's showing complete on transactions. Also, throughout the event, while at Henry O'Hare's Hangar it said the event was "available elsewhere". It could be that in some places they spelled it Hangar and in other places Hanger. IDK.
First of all, this isn't a forum for game bugs, since Inara is independent from Frontier Developments and as such there is very little Artie can do about those things.
But to get to your question, you'll have to wait for the CG to "properly" end, with the Galnet articles and everything, before you can get your cash reward. Module rewards may come even later than that.

First of all, thanks for the awesome website here!
So I got a suggestion. I've been using Inara for the past few years and managing a Squadron. I must admit the Roster Roles is the thing that has caused the most trouble.
The rank structure is obiviously made for a top-down, large and hierarchy heavy squadron. It's a little bit "canned" to say the least.
Sadly we don't operate that way, so I have some feedback.
Here is my number one suggestion:

There is no consequences for Inara. The rank limit caused us more trouble than other aspects.
The problem lies in that user rights are linked to ranks. So if you need, say, 4 deputies and you're limited to 2... well... that's very annoying. By the way, it was way worse when we were a tiny squadron.
Alternatively, you could separate user rights from rank, or allow more than one role per commander. But that's not realistic... that would either overcomplicate the system or I know that would be a ton of work compared to my suggestion.
And Artie, you know what... after years of use this is one of the only things that have been bugging me. So, awesome job on that website overall and thanks again for the hard work! I really hope you'll consider this suggestion.
