Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Hi,

First of all and as always: thanks for this awesome platform

Is there any chance to implement a Calendar? Keeping it simple: Just for write things and attach it to a date. It could be useful for organize weekly/monthly events, missions, etc.

Thanks again!

Hi Artie . is it an idea for the future to have a coalition / alliance / cooperation feature .

Now we have to create a special wing page. have a coalition with that alliance or wing .

It would be nice where a group can join the aliance as a whole or support that aliance just like individual members can do now .

and that the orginastions or groups show up as squadrons or flights in that Alliance /cooperation/ coalition etc depending on the nr of players in each group.

Just like the Original wing pages perhaps with some extra roles for those aliances and coalitions.

It would make organizing and managing large coalitions and aliances much easier .

The dangerous games showed that large and smaller multigroup factions do exist . Like the border coalition , Galcop ,Sepp ,EADC etc

and i do think this would make a great adition to the community .

We had to do this for our coalition: Congreso Galáctico Hispano

Note. Is in Spanish.

I love this idea! Having a calendar for Game events (CGs, special events) that Wings and Coalitions could put their events onto as well, would be fantastic! This way, multiplayer events could be more easily coordinated and people could more intuitively see if they are able to participate vis-a-vis IRL obligations.

About calendar: Yes, it is something I have on my ToDo, but no immediate plans for it.

About coalitions/alliances/etc.: Yes, I am currently thinking about revamping current Coalitions (I want to avoid the name "alliance", as it may be confusing with the in-game Alliance), which should replace the current system. My working idea is that such coalitions will contain a wing roster and discussions. The coalition may be created by almost any wing (let's say with 10+ members, to avoid useless one-man alliances). The coalition created may be joined by any other wing (once again, probably wings with at least 5 members, to avoid cluttering) and the join request must be approved by at least 50% of current coalition members (wings). If there will be any rejection from any of the current coalition member, the new wing join request will be rejected, doesn't matter any other approvals. The privileges to write into coalition discussion and approve/deny join requests will belong to the wing leaders, deputy leaders and ambassadors of the current member wings.

How it sounds to you?

It sounds really good to me, you're doing an awesome job, I just have one question...
What will happen with old coalitions, will they work the same? Or will they become Non-Aggression Pacts?

Well, I initially thought that the current form will be replaced by it, but the non-aggression pact idea sounds good, so it may be transformed to it.

Luke3107Thank you Bumble B for the video. Please also be sure to pass this on to FDevs Bug Report section to help their investigation as there is a lot of conflicting evidence as a direct result of whatever bug there is in the game.

I wonder if it has recently changed. I've just unlocked him yesterday. So perhaps if you had already started the process of giving him credits before the limit changed then you'd need to complete it in that way?

It seems to be different for different people. I unlocked Bris about a month ago with 100,000. No video or even screenshot because like everyone I didn't realise I'd have to prove it until after the fact.

Hi Artie,
first, I am very glad to see you working on Inara again; outstanding job there, keep it up!

I have some information I think would be useful to add to the relevant blueprint component pages:
  1. Classified Scan Fragment: This can be obtained by ship scanning, too. It seems only authority ships spawn it (very rarely, of course). My data set is too small to determine if there is a higher chance in any particular system state. (For the record, so far it has been just 3 instances for me, in both Independent and Federal systems, and each time the system state was different.)
  2. Adaptive Encryptors Capture: These can be found most easily by scanning the surface POIs generated by Planetary Scan missions. The highest chance seems to come from missions of the type “Wartime Surface Target Scan Operation”. (For the record again, so far I have logged 22 ordinary “Planetary Scan” missions, from which I got 5 instances (3 units each) of AEC; 2 wartime surface scan missions, from which I got 3 instances (!); and 1 civil war surface scan mission, from which I got no AECs.)
