Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

GaladrialOn the "My Favourites" page it would be nice to also have favourite minor factions on there.

Ah, that's my oversight. I will add it there ASAP.

NezerrothWhen clicking outfitting stuff in outfitting stuff list, the stuff is incorrectly added to search. I don't think it was like this before, you can't search for discounted (or not discounted) without manually typing it in

Actually, it is an intended behaviour. The search is stored between the sessions, so you can for example have a multiple stuff in it (to buy more modules at one place) and still browse individual modules without resetting your search.

TuzoArtie, I believe you are looking at using the Journal logs to update the System data, (influences and states) automatically. I have previously posted about this, but would it be possible to include in the system information, a column to input 'pending' status? I do not think this is collected by the journal logs as I do not see reference to pending status on the EDDB pages. I see this as a player input responsibility and the default would obviously be blank.

There are occasions where there is more than one pending state but I would think a single input would be sufficient. The main contenders would be War/Civil War/Election

I will take a look on it. Do you mean pending states when the minor faction is in a war/etc. in the other system, right? It can be handled automatically on the states for the other systems...

Allus Craig Dobro VISomething minor, but at 1366x768, I get the last character of the ID on my Diamondback Explorer cut off.[/img]

Ah, I will fix that.

Artie, could you look into a rather sweeping update and set the page <title> appropriately on all pages?  Mostly for me it's that per-system pages still have the generic title, rather than also including the name of the system.  I'm sure others would like things such as minor faction pages to also include the appropriate entity name as well.

Edit: I should have said. This is mostly so that any bookmarks made have an appropriate name, rather than me then having to check and edit a load of "INARA - Elite: Dangerous Companion" ones to have a meaningful name.

No, I am refering to the period prior to a state such as War, Civil War or Elections going active. This is a critical period in preparing for the forthcoming conflict and itis not easy to keep track of them.

For the Community Goals ; any chance of including the Data entry Link and  'Embedded' Results of the Participation Threshold calculator... so CMDR's can see where the Contribution boundaries are.

Heres an exampl,e of the code.

To show the result for Community Goal 1; which is currently mapped to the Expanding Maia - Empire CG.

Yep, it is something I have on my list, but no high priority at this moment.

Aha, this one. I will see what I can do...

Hmmm... is it maintained for every CG ongoing?

Hi,

Every CG is put onto the 'Entry Form' with a CG number eg CG1 and the 'Results' being displayed on a web page. These Web pages have 'Embed' codes from Google sheets. If i am away on Holiday for a week i might miss a CG, but i do keep it uptodate. CMDR Kietrax does include the links on teh Frontier Forums Community Goals page, but it would be great to reach as many CMDR's as possible.

The Results depend on how many CMDR's are entering data, so the more the better. The Current CG's for Empire and Federation at Maia have many data Entry points, with 242 and 108 respectively. And are proving great guidance. We did talk about reverse engineering the levels , but thats proving much more difficult to work out.

Next step for me is to make a table to show how many 'loads' will get you into each Tier for trading CG's eg Ananconda at 340Tonnes will need 10 loads to get to Top25%...

The 'Embeded' Iframe codes are below if that helps.

Signal sources in boom systems or blowing up transport ships in an anarchy system.

Next time it would be better to ask in the appropriate chat section, so as to keep this one (which is very important to the admin/s) tidy for Artie to check on site bugs and such.

Hi Artie,

Thank you very much for the upgrades to your fabulous site.

Can I ask for one little enhancement for Traders please. In the Market Settings section, will you please add a condition for Minimum Quantity on hand.

That will make the site perfect for Traders.

Hmmm... as there is some caching involved, it may be slightly more complicated, but I will think about it. Do you mean some specific minimum quantity, for example like 500t to fill whole ship cargo or simply if there is generally at least 10t available, so it may worth the trip?

Thanks for the details. If I remember correctly, we discussed this earlier for the another CG-related stuff (for automated/calculated thresholds, I think) and there was no clear conclusion on it. But it may be really good to include something like this, as I am thinking about it again. I don't like embedding spreadsheets to each goal too much, but I will think about another solution for it.

Heres a suggestion, perhaps include the links for now; and we can work on a way to display the threshold data for aesthetically.

I'm sure we could work something out! And yes we did discuss trying to reverse engineer the alogorythm; but to no satisfactory conclusion. At the moment, with trading CG's the current method seems to render results with a resasonable degree of accuracy for CMDR's to make a descision.
