Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Edit: Can we maybe get manual entering of the single module values ? The dropdown choices don't calculate the additional 2,5% off for Elite rank.
Edit 2: Mining Lance price seems off. My two stored ones are worth 28.066cr each, that should mean 28.785cr at 15% off base price. Or did FD change prices recently ?
Edit 3: Pacifier frag price seems off too. 4 in storage, costing 1.451.175 each, and that's at 15% off plus 2,5% off for Elite rank.

Why would you store your coffee machine? I always bring mine with me whenever I take off. Can't fly without that delicious golden brown liquid running through my veins.

So is, for example, a module price with base price 1,000,000Cr in Li-Yong Rui space with 15% following:
1,000,000 * 0.825 = 825,000 (discount 17.5%)
or following?
1,000,000 * 0.85 * 0.975 = 828,750 (discount 15% and then 2.5% off from the discounted price)
I will check that Mining Lance price.

That seems to be the correct formula. Price of my stored modules is exactly 2,5% lower than the 15% dropdown value.
Edit: the total assets formula seems broken. At 3,968,736,603 Cr total fleet value, 710,853,851 Cr stored modules value and 1,048,512,270 Cr balance a total assets value of 2,147,483,647 Cr gets calculated. The manual override does not work either.
Edit 2: logic loop fixed, of course the second formula is the right one...

Several of the Federal ships already have two built in, one either side of the pilot.

It worked well until yersterday, but today... it doesn't work anymore: whenever I enter manually my new balance and assets... they are not registered and my balance/assets is updated to a very strange identical value corresponding to nothing (very far from my balance/in game assets).
Whatever numbers I enter for balance and assets, I get always the constant new and same value for balance and asset: 2,147,483,647

The discount you get is calculated as follows (LYR 15% and Elite 2.5%):
1 - ((1 - 0.15) * (1 - 0.025)) = 0.17125
Which makes the Jameson Memorial (10%) with Elite rank (2.5%, which most will have if buying there, but some got access from backer rewards without having the rank to start with):
1 - ((1 - 0.10) * (1 - 0.025)) = 0.12250

One of the most popular requests here is how to update an Inara account with ingame data. I know that some data can be uploaded automatically, and that other data must be added manually, but I'm afraid that's the extent of my knowledge.
May I suggest adding a self-help guide which specifically covers this topic? Perhaps a link in the Pilots Profile page, with a step by step guide to what's automatic and what isn't. Most content on Inara is very self explanatory, but this is one issue which seems to generate a lot of repeat queries.

Thank you, Advanced Plasma price fixed, but I am not sure about the Enforcer - is it the base price or with what discounts it was bought? As I am calculating it using various discounts, the resulting price isn't very "nice", so I am not sure about it. It seems that all or most Powers-related modules have different prices.
