Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

well I've recently started uploading my .log files onto Inara and I started playing back in February so I have quite a bit of info to upload for my flight and mission logs(close to 300 logs in total) and when I tried to upload multiple logs it told me it can only do up to 30Mb, and the total file sized in my Saved games file is just under that 30Mb limit, so I tried splitting the .log files into smaller groups and it still tells me the same thing, it only lets me do 1 at a time and that's going to take quite a while...so I guess my main question is, is there a way to upload my .log files in bulk (within that 30mb limit of course)?
The journal import is intended to be made one by one, to avoid problems with the ordering and for the optimization purposes (I want to avoid duplicity batches import all the time). If you are uploading a .zip archive, it is not allowed there, as it is not needed anymore. Or do you have a single journal file exceeding the 30MB? That will be a pretty rarity.
none of my single .log files exceed 30Mb, was just trying to upload all my .log files from when I first started playing back in February to the point where I started uploading them a week ago(as to not upload the same file twice), but you pretty much answered my question on the file uploads only being 1 at a time. was just wanting to do it cause I thought it'd be neat to see my mission and flight history from day1 to now

Could simply be a caching issue with your browser: try a "hard" refresh on a page with one of your posts to try and force your browser to refresh its cache.

How can I edit a (my own) minor faction to get it listed as a player Faction?
I am able to edit the Origin, Government, Allegiance, Pending state, but the Player box is greyed out.
This PMF got implemented ~2 weeks ago into the game and it seems it got listed here as a non player faction. I already created a wing for it, but no additional options to edit it are available.

PM Artie. He needs to do it as he doesn't allow anyone to set the factions to PMFs to stop incorrect settings

It was not, it is still possible to edit that in star system edit (as it is system related information).

We are currently trying to read some system information (our faction influence in our systems) from the INARA site through the google docs API.
Do you know if it is possible to gather the date at which the influence has been updated ?
Maybe we are doing it wrongly...
Could you please let us know if it is possible or if you know a better way to do this.

TilmittWhen I import my journal file it doesn't include my ships. My credits and materials inventory appear however. This is my first time using inara. Do I need to import another file to get all the information?
Yes, it is current limitation, but I am working on that. Currently the new ships are added/removed just on ship buy/sell.

I've got a problem with ship details not being shown. I remember in the past that my friends could take a look at my ships and their outfitting. I could do the same with theirs. It appears that I can not do that anymore, neither can my friends look at the details of my ships.
I've taken a look at the settings and the one for ship details is put to yes (default). I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Yes I know. However, the "factions udpated" does not appear in an tables (in the architecture of the web page). The Google Docs API only reads tables and lists. We are looking for where this date comes from, because we do not find it on sites like EDDB for example. Thanks
