Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Replicator_OK so Artie, either your faction updates are screwing up or some other person is altering our standings, Please take a look at TAO versus 'TAO The Ancient Order' we have been reduced to less systems, less percentages and by a non player Group that was created much later than us according to their user ID, If this site is prone to disgruntled people screwing with our standings then your site will rapidly become un important and we will ignore these shenanigans

Everything is alright. The problem is that there is no "TAO The Ancient Order" faction in the game, your faction is named as "TAO" there. So all updates are coming for TAO faction and The Ancient Order is wiped from the star systems with each update. I will merge those two factions, but please set your wing minor faction as TAO, because it is the correct name as is in the game.

I also would like to congratulate you on your recent efforts with FD, that obviously paid off, and to let you know that we TAO fully supported your quest on twitter etc as best we could.
Inara is an absolutely essential resource for ED Players and I honestly (as a dev myself) respect the enormous amount of work you put into this site.

I would greatly appreciate the possibility to insert my ship worths directly rather than via the insurance.
While the insurance way is easy to do from ingame (just pop open the system panel), it'd be easier if I just could paste the actual worth from EDMC, Coriolis or alike.
Maybe add this as an additional method?
Edit: Also the ship form, when brought up for a new ship, should default to the right insurance coverage. I have to make sure everytime to switch it to Beta although the insurance coverage doesn't change for a Commander once he has the game. This could be a major change under the hood, I reckon.
Edit2: Also a great thing to add would be some sort of log to keep track where we have which modules stored - this should include among the basic data like module and location also engineering stats.

PS: percentages on Inara are pre-tick levels but Active State is still Civil War in-game
PPS; Perhaps not a good example as a post tick visit has corrected the anomoly. However, there are still Civil Wars in Atfero and Lacab Kui that are not shown on the Inara System pages.

No idea, probably as Martind mentioned, older plugin version...
TuzoArtie, we have updated all of the systems in which we have an interest, and the influence levels are spot on. In most cases the active states are correct however, we are finding that none of the Civil Wars are being included.
Ah, there was really one small bug on my side (excessive space in a string), it was fixed. Thank you for the report!

The module tracking may be really handy, I will add this to my list.
The insurance setting is not entirely user-friendly, I am aware of this, but this solution was easier. In any case, I will add an option to enter the ship value directly there.
