Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Any possibility of allowing justified text alignment for diaries and documents? Or is there already a way to do so and I just don't know?

latest journal file I tried was from June 12, I tried importing it for the combat record and the missions log

ArtieI know, I was solving this with Finwen, I just didn't wanted to put him to shame.
Unfortunately it's necessary to let users know they really do need to upgrade the EDDN client(s) they're using, else their data is going to waste.

I believe this facility would be enhanced if we could amend entries and copy them. I am constantly swapping some of my modules and this would be a great way to keep track whilst both logged on to the game and logged out.
I input one item without including a location and do not seem to be able to amend it.
The ability to copy a complete entry (and then amend catergory etc if necessary) would be really useful
What about the Grade level of the modification, could that be included also?

There is no possibility for it, I want to keep this rather on a global level/general layout style.

Right, there was a bug and flight, mission and combat logs weren't reset properly. It should be fixed now, please try to reset your profile again. The journal import is not importing stored modules, because there is not enough identifiers in the journals for it and I am simply not able to pair modules of the same type or with same engineering upgrade, etc. (in most cases I don't know if it is a new module or some existing one already in the storage or what modules exactly I should swap). And unfortunately, there is also no general list of all stored modules there.

It should be somehow safe to import older journals, I recommend to do that from the newer to older (unless you want to fill also some gaps in your achievements history), but be aware it may cause a mess in your fleet (especially ship buys). Also, the flight log is limited to not import events older than roughly one month, to prevent problems with the flight log summaries.

It's better to keep them, you never know when it may become useful and they are not taking too much space (in *.zip archive, for example).
