Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

ArtieCinderelliGreetings. I am trying to update my profile log. Every time I import the log file, I get an error message. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what the solution may be?

Thanks to Arnie checking my log file, it was determined the log file was empty.
I have since found a log file that contains the required data to update my profile.

Luke3107GraXXoRI noticed on the Commander Ranking page that the top commanders are showing
Elite 100% and 99% above the commanders showing Elite 0%... I thought there was no progression for the various Elite ranks.
The downside to manually input data is there are always a select few who's stats will always be greater than the actual maximum possible. But if their egos need a stroke like that they must be struggling elsewhere in life so I say leave 'em to it.
Initially you could select 99% Elite but not 100% manually. The log files pull in 100% so it was changed so commanders could enter 100% to match. 100% really is correct once you get to Elite. 0% seems weird and 99% is just plain wrong. Not sure about ego stroking on a site where ~77% of CQC elites are not really elite.

It shows your highest rank. Your combat and exploration rank are equal so I suspect you added exploration first as this is the same for me.

HavoceryMinor Faction info update slowly or not at all crrently. or doesnt update for me from EDDB ( Inara dont update ). or is it just me and my luck ?

Please be more specific - what player faction, what star system and at what time? Inara does no updates from EDDB, so if do you manually edited it there, the changes aren't reflected. It uses EDDN which is a completely different thing.

Yesterday and currently.
This whole week normally it updates system and faction influce info instantly. I havent update edited any influce or system info By my self anytime. I use elite market connector (EDMarket Connector 2.4.2 )on background. Also note, Inara can show influnce info updated "today" but when I check it´s not correct.

Ah, I see where the problem was, the updates weren't made on the Location event, just on jumps. I think there was some reason for it earlier, which is now obsolete. The updates were improved, thank you for the report.

In the ship edit, it should provide you an unique ID for each of the ships by clicking on the button. The ID needs to be generated by Inara, as it is directly tied to each ship stored here. Does the button generate the very same ID for the different ships?

A different Id for every python but the ship named narada gets ID X-4ZY0 but comes up as error when saved
