Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Tyran CeresHi, just started playing E:D in the past couple week and just started on Inara in the past day. I've been trying to get my info onto the site from my log file and most of it imports except for my ships. I was wondering if there was something I had to do to get them to show up (swtich to them in game etc.) or if I just got a weird issue. Thanks for any input!
You have to hop into them ingame, else there is no info about them in the journal.
After uploading the journal compare the rebuy cost ingame and the one calculated on Inara, if there are offsets you may have to manually correct the hull value as there is no info about that if you already own them.

It currently only shows me having an invite to Felicity Farseer. That's correct.
I also have invites to Martuuk and McQuinn. Still showing "No Access"
I have accessed the Dweller and utilized his modding for my lasers. Still showing "No Access"

I assume you used the journal import. Has there recently been an update to your standing with the Dweller? Without these it won't update on Inara, but if it's only these minor things I'd suggest you correct that manually

I try to do a journal import every time I shut down Elite.
I used The Dweller last weekend to start modding my ship. I finally modded the lasers on my Python. Yet it still does not show up. It shows only me getting an invite for Farseer sometime in June.
I guess I could start manually updating them but I'm still curious as to why it did the Farseer and nothing else.

Hope all is well with you. Wondering why my ship names in FLEET seem to arbitrarily drop from all uppercase to lowercase? Is this a convention I might not be aware of? Seems random. Thanks.

Ingame they get displayed capitalized no matter if you're pressing shift or not, but still are logged with upper-/lowercase, which Inara uses. Try assigning the names ingame again, but this time give attention to shift and capslock.

Anybody else finding that the science/research contact is missing from Neville Horizons tonight? Still almost 2 tiers and a couple days left in the cg so it shouldn't be closed up, right?

I'm having the same issue. Though it happened after the I'd already completed a trip in the same day, so I thought it might be some sort of cool down. I tried reloading in solo and open play with no luck.
