Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I believe you're grabbing the wrong files. You should be looking for them in C:\Users\<Your LoginID>\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous

With your netlogs Inara won't do anything, if you're looking into importing your cmdr data you need the Journals, which can be found in
C:\Users\<you>\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
and are named Journal.YYMMDDHHMMSS.01.txt

Elite 100% and 99% above the commanders showing Elite 0%... I thought there was no progression for the various Elite ranks.

The downside to manually input data is there are always a select few who's stats will always be greater than the actual maximum possible. But if their egos need a stroke like that they must be struggling elsewhere in life so I say leave 'em to it.

Well, you can reset your whole profile and start from the scratch, but I do not recommend it unless you are resetting also your in-game profile. There is not possible to import very old journal entries anyway (partially because some data optimizations, partially because the journal is still evolving and supporting of the old formats may be problematic).

I do not remember it entirely, but I think there was some issue with it like that journals data were sending Elite rank with 100% progress or there was some progress for CQC so I needed to allow the same manual input (although it doesn't make sense) or something like that. I don't know. But as I am thinking about it now, I should simply strip any progress off the Elite rank and situation will be solved, doesn't matter how the game display it.
Martind Forlon@Artie: Can you please check if ranks import works correctly? I regularly upload journal and Empire rank is not updating (-5%). Trading is 1% less as is displayed in game but that could be rounding. (unless it is imported only on session start, that might explain it)
Please send me your journal to elite@inara.cz. If there weren't any newer updates of ranks in your profile, it should work, but better to check it directly with the jorunal file.

EDIT: I manually adjusted these stats using EDDiscovery, most engineers lvl 5 access), but will watch this when have new logs available.
