Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

supertagerDBRI’ve been doing a lot of cargo and data delivery missions for about two days and my trade rank hasn’t budged from broker 2% like I’ve done a lot like I’ve made about 100+ mill anybody else have this glitch ???
I think that data missions are an Exploration rank thing. Try re-logging, that usually sorts out an delayed updates.

Thought of a kinda useful feature - when searching for a material through the global search interface, there could be a link to the found component's own page.
E.G. search for Chemical Distillery could have a link to the main component page, so that a CMDR can easily find the blueprints it's used for directly from the search.
Ah, right. I will add it there in the next minor update.

These game statistics are taken directly from the journals and as far as I know, there is no stat for the escaped count.

Not immediately, there is a few months before they may be removed and just in case they aren't used in the logbooks. There is usually possible to recover it in two weeks after that, when necessary.

Is it possible to view the list of all assets separatedly somewhere? I can't identify where the extra credits are coming from at the "Credits and Assets" page.
I also compared my fleet and modules with the game manually, and all seems correct. I'm out of ideas.

Anyone have an issue with Inara showing incorrect grade level for engineers? I have Farseer unlocked at grade 5, but the site claims it's only at level 4 - any way to correct it?
I have the same issue. I manually import my logs. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the 3rd party apps though. I know of no fix on my end so far
The level updates only if you use an API tool. It has to be active when going to the engineer otherwise it doesn't update your grades.

KowganInara seems to be displaying my current assets value incorrectly. Some extra 96mil popped up out of nowhere, and I can't seem to find where does it come from.
Is it possible to view the list of all assets separatedly somewhere? I can't identify where the extra credits are coming from at the "Credits and Assets" page.
I also compared my fleet and modules with the game manually, and all seems correct. I'm out of ideas.

You can see all your assets summary on the Credits page, right side under Fleet value, so you can check what is off. Does that assets number fits what's in the game?

All the ship values & stored modules under Fleet Value were correct and corresponding to in-game values. Still, those ghost 96mil were being added to my Current assets.
After following Op4ArcticFox's tip, the issue was solved. I deleted the newest ship from my fleet and let the API re-update itself, and now the correct value is being shown.

As mentioned in the notes of the journal import pop-up, there is currently no way how to import the initial engineers reputation state, just the changes during the session. But, you can set the initial state manually and then should be any changes correctly tracked.
