Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

John MathurinGhost Legion ignores certain persons, all of Inara ignores Ghost Legion. I'd call that a win/win.

Why bring whole groups into this, yet again? You speak only for yourself John, not the whole of Inara. It's pretty clear to see that the disagreements are always between a handful of individuals and not entire groups. Please refrain from further flame bait.

Well, I rather bring the option of ignore list than taking the hammer from the closet all the time. I do not want to always polish it before usage. You know, it may reduce its size when polished too often.

NumaA win for all who choose to stay isolated in their view, yay - not.

Now, now.. As a man that has studied humanities and psychology all his life, even I know there are some people that no matter how radical the views they might have simply grates on the nerves no matter the presentation. Sometimes it's necessary for the peace of a group to actively seek out ignoring those that fit the bill than trying to selectively walk around them and risk the possibility of creating needless conflict.

Sadly, the real reason why Artie is considering the ignore feature is that he overused his Hammer...

@Artie Interesting, got mission from Palin in Maia (deliver some Unkown stuff) and did it, but there is not entry in mission log. Is it in journal at all? (or use different data format?) That mission was coming not from mission board.

I think those are related to the CG and count for the CG.

No idea, there is probable that this kind of missions is not logged in the journals. Is there any related record in the journal at the time the mission was accepted?

There's a journal message for completing it, but nothing for when you get given the mission via inbox message:

{ "timestamp":"2017-09-22T03:08:47Z", "event":"MissionCompleted", "Faction":"The Pioneer's Cooperative", "Name":"Mission_Collect_Palin_name", "MissionID":210691468, "Commodity":"$UnknownBiologicalMatter_Name;", "Commodity_Localised":"Unknown Biological Matter", "Count":4, "DestinationSystem":"Maia", "DestinationStation":"Obsidian Orbital", "Reward":1661744 }

No other instances of that MissionID in my journals at all.

Thank you for the information. I am not adding the missions to the list without MissionAccepted event as it usually doesn't contain a complete set of information, but maybe there can be made an exception for this kind of missions. Eventually, I will report this as a bug to Frontier, please send me your journal file.

The game update 2.4 is coming and so are Thargoids! Meanwhile, there are some Inara updates:
  • There is a change in the community goals listing/edit. As the new game journal version introduced also a few CG related events, the manual community goal input was discontinued and the new community goals are added to the list during the journals import (I need to get a correct community goal ID there). Some stuff like community goal descriptions, etc. still needs to be edited manually, though. This step may  also help with the community goal progress tracking and calculations of tier tresholds in the future (I need to get some real live data as a test sample first).
  • New station services were added and the search for nearest services improved. As those are new data coming from the journals, it may take a while until all stations will be properly updated in the database.
  • As mentioned earlier in the discussion, there were made various journal import improvements/fixes earlier (mostly 2.4 and ship related).
  • There were fixed duplicated star systems and renamed the star systems related to Colonia (other star systems/stations there may be automatically added over time).
  • New player minor factions were properly set (but I may missed some of them, let me know eventually).

As this game update will be uncovering the story and game features over time, please let me know when you will discover a new engineer, blueprints, materials, commodities or anything else. At this place I must also express thanks to Jem for informing about events and state of Inara Nexus, let's see if our safe haven will be affected by the rising Thargoid activity.

Also, it worth to be mentioned that FD recommends to backup your bindings before 2.4.

So, prepare your weapons and/or diplomatic skills, the galaxy is changing!
