Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Just a minor Inara update:
  • Reputation edit was changed (you can now set exact progress), so you can update it accordingly.
  • There were made updates to ships and new station services (Material trader and Tech broker) related to 3.0
  • Various internal changes and enhancements for the upcoming stuff.

I was checking the new page for the chieftain and thought of a suggestion... i just realised that there isnt anything specifying if an internal slot is a "military" slot. might be a nice thing to add for anyone using this site to look at ship outfitting, so they dont think they can put non-military modules in those slots

Now I've got that issue with an unread message notification but can't find any in my inbox. What was the fix for this? I think Darth mentioned it a while back.

I need to recover my password and I never get the email with the new password. If I looked at the spam mailbox and it is not. Please help

Hmmm... did you noticed also other problems during that, like the wing boards history reset? If yes, can you remember what was you doing before that happened, for example unsubscribing from something, etc.?

Just a note: I made some changes in outfitting, including URL addresses to individual modules search. If you are using them anywhere, please update your links.

Was just wondering...are there any plans in the to-do list to add additional manual input for sections like the Personal Logs (mostly Flight and Mission logs) and Commodities Cargo? I run both PS4 and XBOX, and find this sight very useful for helping keep my "stuff" together and the use of additional input such as this would be great.

I just found your site, it is great, very informative and a good addition to EDDB.
I wondered, while the colour scheme is very true to ED, have you thought at all about creating other colour schemes that might stand out better? I'm only talking about a "skin" option.

Hi Artie - there seems to be a problem with the gallery. Thumbnails for newly uploaded images do not appear to be generating.

At the time of writing, there are 5 images in the gallery with black thumbnails.

The full size image displays correctly though.

Hey Artie, I can't unsubscribe from any of the Discussion topics. I click unsubscribe and it tells me it has, but If I go back later, the unsubscribe button is still there and the Notification on the Discuss link at the top shows back up.

Thank you for the info, some unexpected problem appeared, it will be fixed shortly (and I will re-create the thumbnails retrospectively then).

I will respond to other posts ASAP.

Not just with the gallery, in 'My Fleet' i just tried changing the picture for my corvette but its not woring.
After dragging the pic into the grey box for it, i get presented with a blank grey page with only the nav bar at top.
So now i have no picture on for the corvette
