Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I seem to be having a problem with my Engineers screen. It says I don't have access to Martuuk and Qwent, but I do. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe re-sync the engineers to the game somehow?
At this moment, the engineer reputation updates are made just on their change, as there is no overall list in the journals. The easiest approach is to set the initial state manually and the changes will be tracked automatically from your journals then.
Thanks for the reply! However, I don't see any way to manually edit the engineers, or their starting conditions. How do I do that?

Kobayashi (EmmyJ96)Having a problem with my INARA signature. I have changed my alignment from Fed to Imperial, and am pledged to Aisling Duval now, instead of Winters. I have also changed out the Federal rank line to something else, but this hasn't changed in the few weeks since it changed in my profile.
You can force the manual signature update by disabling and enabling it. But, I will investigate this problem - was you aligment/pledge updated via API, journals or manually?
LDSKI think the API update for the engineer unlock level needs a tweak, I unlocked Broo Tarquin level 3 on one mod, followed by level 1 on another, so the engineer summary now only thinks I have level 1 access. If this is by design then fair enough, but I'd rather see highest unlocked level on the engineer page, is that possible?
I see no issue in the API itself, I have just tested it. If it was set incorrectly, it was probably set by app using it or there was something in the journal missing (or your reputation with the engineer was really lowered). I do not want to limit engineer rank changes on the API side, because the engineer rank may actually decrease, for example when you are forcing the experimental effects on the module.

The CG rewards structure is collected from the journal/API updates of commanders participating. There is possible that the rewards structure may be slightly outdated for some tiers, especially for the higher ones, as it depends on these updates and usually there is not a ton of players reaching the higher tiers.

You will find it in your profile > Ranks and reputation > Engineers reputation update button on the right side.

ArtieAh, it was a font name. In any case, there is no such font used and no presence of it in the libraries used. Is it throwing this error just on some pages or everywhere? It rather seems like something altered the page content, browser extension or similar...

When I add a jpg picture for my ship(s) and then save changes, it doesn't save the picture.

How are you adding the picture? It may be an issue with the link you're using.
Two ways, either click and select a jpg or drag a jpg to the box. It appears to work, the image is displayed. But if you then look at your fleet or return to the same page, it is empty again.
Have you tried a Ctrl+F5 on the page to clear the cache and refresh?
An alternative, I've logged in on a different machine fresh and the pictures aren't displayed. Much the same.
Just a suggestion, but make sure that the pic you are trying to upload meets the criteria...size/dimensions. I hadd the same problem when I was trying to upload a hi-rez pic by mistake... the page will NOT worn you that the pic is wrong..it just won't accept it.

John KozakPossible bug: something went wrong with the pledged power updating in the commander's overview. I have recently pledged to Felicia Winters (again), and the power and rank are correctly shown in the "Ranks and reputation" area; however, in the overview and signature, I am listed as independent:

I do not have these warnings when U edit other systems.
As I asked before: I am very sure there is nothing malicious on the site, but may be good to find what is triggering it. What antivirus are you using and what alert it is throwing?
Norton antivirus on my samsung 6. I get it every time i try and update factions in wika mu and paroja. I have not attempted to do so since I reported it. I have no problems uodating other systems
