Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Metaph3rHi, I use ED market connector to synchronize my progress with Inara. It would be great, that if you open the market tab to have the currently docked at station selected by default.


Use Inara API to get EDMC talking to the Inara website - ta-daaa!

Not exactly what you're asking for, but:
Currently when you click on the station name in the EDMC window it takes you to that station's entry in eddb. In the next version you will have the option of going to the station's entry in Inara instead.

Seconded. While I don't have anything specific against SC, this is an Elite Dangerous orientated site so SC really does not have any place it IMHO

I cannot get Inara to update my flight logs and other information. I have tried uploading logs directly from my computer and using EDMC. Inara correctly shows my financial data, but not my location, ships, ranks, etc. Can anyone provide suggestions for what I may be doing wrong?

I am sorry for the post deletion, an idiot came to Inara and he also thinks that threatening by death in PMs is exceptionally funny.

Is it happening (it means no updates) also while are you jumping between star systems, etc.? I see no errors in the log for the API updates.

I'm not sure what you mean. I played 7 hours this evening and travelled 2k LY, yet when I check my flight log it still shows me parked at Gang Yun on Jan 3. That is not where I am. It also does not show my progress with Ms. Farseer (engineer). Does not correctly show the last mission I flew, etc. Whatever I'm doing in game, besides my current credit balance, simply isn't showing up on my profile when I access my profile.

I was asking because some stuff like missions, etc. may be updated just on the docks/jumps/etc. via API/EDMC. But, as I see, there are just few events received after Jan 3 - it worth to be mentioned, that all such updates are made real time and it is not made retrospectively. In other words, API updates are made just for the current events so if do you started EDMC after your travels, none of the previous events are sent. May that be the case?

If do you want to update your stuff retrospectively, please upload your journal instead. If it won't work, please take a look if the journals are properly recorded and aren't empty for any reason.

I am experiencing an issue with the Galaxy Map.

I want to go from system A to B. While in station, I selected system C as my target. Now, whenever I plot a course to system B, it keeps plugging in system C as a waypoint, making the journey stupidly long and I just can't get it to not do that. I have selected all sorts of different systems, cleared routes, logged in and out... the waypoint keeps on shoving itself back into any route I try and plot.

Google search hasn't uncovered anything for me on this one so any help gratefully received!

instead of plotting...select your next waypoint manualy and try from there..you always can select another system manually, for example if you want to pass by a specific station or system
