Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Their second concern would be mass storage of images which are then all pushed through to other places - even if its not commercial.
Anyhoo - I would suggest unless you are a serious, serious image hauler pushing all your images through to Inara or elsewhere, I doubt you have a potential problem.

Would it be possible to add Ship Role to the Wing Ship Registry?
Wing | Fleet | Ship Registry, add column Role
Thanks!

As mentioned earlier this week, the old netlog files import support was discontinued and is fully replaced by the current journal import. During that the old flight logs were overhauled and although some minor features were removed (as it may cause troubles in the future updates), new features were added (like correct jump distance for all systems and ships used during your travels). The old flight logs data were converted to the new format, but are missing those new features (the information wasn't known earlier).
Also, there are two brand news features for your commander profiles - Combat log and Missions log!
In the Combat log you should see all player-vs-player combat related events like interdictions, kills and deaths. This log is private only at this moment and is not displayed to anyone else.
The Missions log shows all your missions, including destinations, expiry time and so on. The mission names may be sometimes incomplete or just brief (because there is really a lot of mission types, but I am hoping that I will succeed to get the strings from FD), so if do you will find any mission name is completely wrong or very incomplete, please let me know (with information what mission exactly is wrong and what the correct name should be (the current limitation is just for the credits donation missions and individual passenger transports, as I don't know these when mission accepted, it is not displayed)). The missions log visibility can be set in your Settings, as usual.
All those features are related to the journal imports and all data are obtained from there. Unfortunately, there is currently no way how to do it also for console players (and I would really like to!), let's hope it will be somehow possible in the future.
Enjoy tracking of your stuff...

Enjoy tracking of your stuff...
This is awesome!
Artie, you're a magician, always pulling something cool out of your hat.
All we need now is some way to import this information without having to do it here.

Marcus MachiavelliDo you please have any ideas on where else to store them for free please?
Thank you.
I have great experience using postimage.org, use it for pretty much all of my image hosting these days

A new facility, Humboldt Station, has appeared in the Inara.cz list of System Stations for the Inara system. I've had a look at the ingame system map, and Humboldt Station doesn't seem to exist.
There are quite a few other planetary installations in the system that are not in the list, however. Should these be pulled through automatically, or will they need to be added manually?

Nope, EDDB says that there's a Humboldt Station in Inara, too.

Allus Craig Dobro VIHow does it work with importing prior journals? I have 167 of them... hehe.
It should be somehow safe to import older journals, I recommend to do that from the newer to older (unless you want to fill also some gaps in your achievements history), but be aware it may cause a mess in your fleet (especially ship buys). Also, the flight log is limited to not import events older than roughly one month, to prevent problems with the flight log summaries.
Martind Forlon@Artie: new logs are AWESOME! Thx much! I may have one small request here, could be possible add for missions column with starting system? When you are involved into BGS stuff it can come quite handy have quick overview how much missions you carried out from concrete system(s).
I initially had it there, but it caused problems with the table width on lower resolutions, so it is placed just in the mission details (on hover). But I was thinking about some overview for the wing page (like all missions made for the supported faction listed) or some highlighting for the missions made for the supported faction.

Thanks, it is apparently a bug of one of the apps sending data to EDDN, Humboldt Station removed. The stations are updated automatically via EDDN just when someone visits them (there is no general station list for the systems in the journals). So they need to be visited (and data sent) or added manually.
