Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Got it, 1 CMDR, 1 count. What if that same CMDR jumps out and back in within 24 hours, would that could as a second instance?
This is no longer showing the numbers but a couple of days ago https://inara.cz/elite/starsystem/3636/ was showing 25 CMDRs in 24 hrs, but <10 total ships count that had gone through it. This is not unique to this system, nearly all I've checked station counts vs Inara show more for Inara. Maybe the station resets the counts after each tick but Inara keeps a true rolling 24 hours? Not sure.
If I get better data, I'll post it here but it's no big deal really, just curious to know.

EternaldreamerSmall request. Is it possible to display HullValue of ships on our ship pages? Need to figure out which ones I got for free or at a heavy discount. Like my federal corvette at 100 mil @ hull value. Need to drive down the rebuy.

Was there a reason behind moving the logs “edit” button to the bottom of the page instead of keeping it at the top. It’s not a big deal or anything just a bit inconvenient to have to scroll all the way down the page when working on a rather large log entry.

Yes, the bottom is less problematic with narrower screens and/or long logbook titles. But I thought people will complain about it (I was just testing the waters), so I will put it back tomorrow and will figure out something else.

It’s no biggie for me just the slightest inconvenience of sliding my finger down once or twice more so don’t feel the need to change anything on my behalf! It was just kinda jarring when I didn’t see an edit button. Keep up the great work Artie!

I decommissioned it prior to Odyssey launch and have since re-commissioned it.
However, the Inara site doesn’t seem to reflect the new services (ALL services are installed and operational now).
I’ve sync’d both EDDiscovery and EDMC (not running them at the same time – one or the other at a single time) and while I can see (via EDD) that info is ‘sent’ to Inara, the page/info doesn’t update to reflect the correct services (ie. Bartender).
Anything we can do to break the info log jam?

However, the Inara site doesn’t seem to reflect the new services (ALL services are installed and operational now).
I’ve sync’d both EDDiscovery and EDMC (not running them at the same time – one or the other at a single time) and while I can see (via EDD) that info is ‘sent’ to Inara, the page/info doesn’t update to reflect the correct services (ie. Bartender).
Anything we can do to break the info log jam?

Hello, please import your journals via "Import game data" button on your Commander page, that should assign the carrier to you and update its properties. To be sure it will get properly assigned, you may need to open the FC management screen in the game first, to ensure there are proper records in the journal imported.

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but prices of Fleet Carrier items are not shown correctly as long as they are higher than 16,777,215 Cr..
Also the translations for the Titan Tissue Samples are missing.

Hello, thank you for the report. The missing names issue in the market listing was fixed (so it will display English names when no localized name is known there), the prices cap will be fixed tomorrow (I forgot Frontier increased cap for the custom commodity prices with the game update 16, so it may hit an integer size limit. I will alter the table, but I want to do that when there will be less traffic on the site).
MinonianIs their calculation subroutine are still keep begin bugged and keeps causing bugs? Picture me surprised considering the fact it's bugged since day 1 and they still haven't fixed the root of it, such as jump route recalculation. It's only natural it keeps reoccurring.
