Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

all grades on the site are wrong. reinforced shield generator blueprint are wrong too as i remember. sry i cant post right numbers - ED is ureachable for me for couple days

Question because of the recent CG - how are the thresholds calculated? I've seen it move in a way that theoretically shouldn't have been possible. For example at one moment it was 10.5M minimum for Top25 %, then it moved to something like 12.8M minimum, and when I checked in the game, I was at 12.3M and was within Top25 % myself. Is there a way to cross-check the data or not at all at the moment?

It is based on the data reported by commanders via journals/Inara API. Your example may happen, there are the recent reports taken into the account and between these newer reports was the 12.8M lowest and as 10.5M was older, it was discarded (as there is expected the thresholds are constantly increasing as the community goal progresses). Basically, unless there are actual reports exactly around the thresholds all the time, the boundaries will always have some inaccuracy/tolerance.

General question: If do you will have an option to have any Inara site stuff on one single page, serving as a quick overview or "hub" of stuff you are interested in, what things should be there? It can be partial information of any existing page, button/link to another page, etc. or any mix of it...
(I am not hinting anything, just doing some "recon" )

Personally, I'd like to see an overview of any new Wing activity such as mission updates (nothing specific, just whether or not something has been added).

Perhaps a small tab containing my favourite minor factions with an indication of whether their influence has increased or decreased since the last tick. Not sure how that would work for factions in multiple systems mind you...

These, as well as a brief CMDR overview?

- Subscribed logbooks
- Favorited engineering recipes
- Perhaps a guestbook of some sort that allows people to leave comments on your account? This would be publicly viewable so as not to become redundant with the private message feature. Fully hidable or deletable by the account holder, of course, and those whom the user has blocked will be unable to post comments on their account.
- A preview of any PMs that the user might have waiting for them.

A dashboard type thing? There's only one right answer since everyone's here for different reasons, let us customize it. Right now I'd want PM's, faction influence in a chosen system and missing components list, but my selections will be different in the future when I wrap up my current engineering run.

Yep, something like customizable dashboard. I have a feeling that some central page with everything important for the user may be useful and may significantly reduce a time of search for information here on Inara, for example when in the game, but I would like to know what people would like to have there, because I definitely do not want to create widgets for everything (when and if such thing will be realized).

Yeah I agree with Phelbore it's likely to vary based on what you're doing at any given time - but if it had to be a fixed set of things, I think the personal stuff is probably the most useful. Things like what's new in your favourite systems / stations, current state of your favourite blueprints, new / latest PMs, quick links to enter logbook stuff, that sort of thing. Everything non-personal has a page I can easily add to my shortcuts bar so there's not much benefit (a bit, but not much) in having it on a dashboard.

I'm very new to Inara though so I don't know it well enough to have a thorough answer

If you're new that's another point in the 'custom' column. Needs will change!

For me it would be at least one or two system status screens, Engineering in general, then probably materials after that.

Reporting that a similar issue may exist for Enhanced Thrusters, unless Dirty Drives is flat out wrong. Sadly don't have Professor Palin unlocked so going off of 3rd party information.

According to Furrycat, this was a post-3.0 G5. Don't know if it's 100%, but the Optional Mass (-12.5%) and Thermal Load (+76.0%) negatives don't match the website's, even after including Drag Drives.
