Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

ArtieGeneral question:


I think the Shortcuts Bar already does a good job of providing a quick link to most areas of the site.  However, the ability to quickly get to your own wing, faction or systems information would be useful without having to use the search function.
For example, the only way to get to 'favourite' star systems is to actually be  on the page for star systems

Tuzo, the navigation bar at the top of the page includes a direct link to your own wing. Your CMDRs LOG contains a button for all your favourites.

You don't need to use the search function.

I have to admit, I was unaware of the 'Favourites' function - is that a fairly recent addition I wonder?

Still takes about 4 key presses to get to any favourite factions or systems but probably a shorter route than I had been using, thank you

Hey yall, just started scratching my itch for writing 'things' and I was having trouble getting images to show in my post. They keep on showing broken links. Should I be thumbnail sizing them for insertion into logbook/diary entries? Thanks!

Back when I was using images in my Things, I used the BBCode links from an Imgur account. Never had a problem with them.

No idea, I didn't noticed any official info about it. I will check in the game, screenshots will help, too...

Well, I don't know why I was told prices I'd quoted were out of date or where I'd seen prices that were dramatically different the other night (and I'm pretty sure it wasn't LYR space). The only thing I'm seeing now is prices I'm seeing in the game being off by a few credits compared to prices on Inara/EDSY/etc (and that I'm not concerned about). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Back to engineering for me.

On Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval's powerplay page https://inara.cz/galaxy-powers/4/ she is referred to as "Emperess". The Imperial senet determined that Emporer will be used for both male and female rulers. Galnet article: https://community.elitedangerous.com/en/galnet/18-OCT-3301

I've got a problem with the automatic import of my material storage through EDMC. For some reason Cadmium does not get updated on any changes. Sadly I can't pin down where the problem is. Probably a naming/formatting mismatch of the sent data and what Inara expects ? Carbon seems to be affected too.
