Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

How feasible is it to add an extra rank between Operations Officer and Squadron Leader, called Group Leader. This Rank can control many Squadrons and then a Operations officer would then control many Groups.

Not at this moment, as there are no groups and it will basically just copy Operations officer role. I do not want to do any changes or improvements to the inner wing structure until there will be know how the wings/squadrons/whatever will be implemented in the game.
No plans for the lightweight mobile version, it's a ton of work, it probably won't contain all the content and Inara currently somehow works on mobiles (although I admit there may be some issues on low resolutions which deserve a polishing pass).

I am afraid there is just a little I can do. What is sent to API is also set, I have no way how to determine if that information is correct or not. You can check what values are stored in the journals - the LoadGame event contains credits, the Statistics event contains overall assets (although it is not used by EDMC at this moment). Both are roughly at the start of the file. Does the credits record in the journal correspond with the credits in the game?

I have inherited my wing Colonia Citizens Network but it is currently down as a NPC wing i cannot see any way to change this am i mising something?

These both appear to be erroneous duplicates of Rashid Station and Lavoisier Dock respectively.

Second: under Material Traders, there's a blurb to the effect of "edit what type of mat. trading is available at a station if it doesn't match what's here".

It does.
Well, as I see in the journal imported manually (2018-04-25), the credits and assets fits the journal. I don't have the API records from that time, but as the credits/assets records a day after more or less fits the journal record (just +9 millions extra, which was gained by regular gameplay, as I suppose), I don't see any issue with that. If EDMC reports a different state of credits than is in the journals (there should be no issue with the initial credits state update, but it may be possible there is some issue with subsequent credits operations), please report it to Otis via EDMC github page. As I mentioned before, it's completely out of my hands.

The (~) symbol generally means approximately.
To know where you stand for sure, Log in to ED and take a look. It should highlight which reward you are currently eligible for.
You can check this from any station Mission Board.

three years ago, the Wolf 1230 Dynamic Industries had been adopted by us. But then, having received the faction in game, the DaVinci Corp., we had abandoned the first to his fate. The Inara database was right up until a few days ago when this change was made in the Wolf 1230 system.
Also on EDDB you can verify that the DaVinci Corp is the only player faction of the system. If you need to carry the screenshot of the Galaxy Map.

I thought he meant more why Inara was logging his contribution, yet not updating its Top xx% figures to reflect his data. I think it's most likely that the Top xx% tally just doesn't update as regularly as the personal info, but of course I don't hold the real answers...
