Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce it and so I have no idea why it is happening. But, I want to refactor the whole news checking fairly soon anyway, so I suppose it will be solved by that.

ArtieThere is a new minor Inara update, mostly with the features requested. Namely: all exploited/contested systems shows the control system, control systems lists also contested systems (but aren't counted into (un)favourable governments), new commander roles added (renegade, lawyer), new member activity settings for the auto-promote feature, powerplay commodities list added (under Rare&salvage) and various other minor stuff. There were also few issues fixed (wing fleet and ship registry visibility, missing rare goods names in the cargo listing, etc.).

Since the update, although I run EDMC the faction updates don't seem to be going through in so far as the influence percentages are still yesterdays values from before the tick rather than the ones currently shown in-game... I've checked my API log on the Inara site and I can see updates being made via the API, but the influence values remain unaffected.
Any thoughts?

I see no issue there, the minor factions and other stuff is updated as usually. But, there is one important thing - the starsystems and faction updates are not related to Inara API, but EDDN. Please check your EDMC settings, EDDN tab, if do you have the respective checkboxes set there. If it was set, please tell me what systems weren't updated and I can check the logs.

Edit - I've not changed any EDMC settings in a very long time and it's been working flawlessly before and after this 'hiccup'
