Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

As the number is originating from the Codex stats and those are written into the journals just on the game session start, relogging into the game menu and back to the game may be needed - just for a case you will meet with this issue in the future again.

The goods are not included in on the missing components page (https://inara.cz/elite/cmdr-craftinglist-components/[cmdr_id]/)
It would be nice if they were also listed, even though they're not materials.

hi i have now been playing a long time and my ranks have not been updated in 2 or 3 years i have unlinked and relinked my inara page to both stream and frontie pages i have tried in game ond out , edsm page is updating but i want to use your page combat rank last updated

Hello, it seems to be working as intended - there are two dates for ranks displayed, the date achieved and the date updated. You are probably interested in the "Updated" value and this is recent.

It's something only you or Steam can resolve, I am afraid. But you can try to link your game account via Frontier platform instead - it may or may not work, depends whether the Frontier-Steam account was linked in the past.

It's a little bit problematic in regard of the tracking (with the cargo on the ship/carrier presence), but I can probably list it there at least. I will think about that.

I have a Fleet Carrier, Star Dancer XLM-51V with items in the bar for sale. I updated this list on my FC yesterday and did a Import Game Data from my Pilot.
One item in particular, Weapon Test Data is not showing up at all. Makes me think none of my stuff is being updated.
What do I do to fix this?

I did another import data. It showed up today. 2 days after I put the items on the bartender. Doesn't bother me so much as my items weren't showing up when others looked for items I'm selling with the Components Trading tab.

UPDATE: My stuff is not showing up in Component Trading again.
I have 15 Weapon Test Data for sale and Component Trading isn't showing it for sale.
Star dancer (XLM-51V)
My data should be updating automatically. I manually updated it again and after a few minutes the Weapons Test Data showed up again.
Can you please look at this. I don't want to have to constantly verify my stuff is being available for sale!

/elite/blueprint/[0-9]+) could have the Blueprint name in the page title, so it shows up in the tab bar, instead of just being a generic "Blueprint | Elite:Dangerous | INARA".Currently trying to create my first engineered explorer ship, and keep losing track of which tab is which upgrade.

Hello, to be honest, I am not entirely sure - your carrier's data received from Frontier's server now shows 0 as quantity for the Weapon Test Data, so I don't know if they are already gone or if it's a bug on Frontier's end. Can you please verify the stock amount on your FC in the game? Another reason why this may happened is a cache for FC's data on Frontier's end (about 10-15 minutes), so if you made a game data import, then changed your bartender offer/demands and then imported again within that time window, it may have imported the data before the change - in this case it's safer to wait 15 minutes and then import the data to avoid possible problems due to the caching mentioned. Was that a case?

in the systems Cernobog Maidubrigel, Bero and Canephis the exploited status missing.
They are exploited systems of Aisling Duval.
Is there an option to change this?

Yes the Weapon Test Data is gone. 44 to zero! The FC was stationary for days. I'll admit I wasn't waiting the 10 - 15 minutes, but checking later still failed to show the items available in Component Trading.
I just checked my Bartender here, (Commander / Hanger / FC / Bartender) and it showed 3 Weapon Inventory. Component Trading did not show any on my FC.
However it did show the 15 Surveillance Equipment in Component Trading (CT)
Same with 10 digital designs.
Not sure why Weapon Inventory would not show but the other two do. I don't want to go through the entire list to see what is being shown on CT and what is not.
It's only important in that Inara is one of the few ways to find materials for sale on Fleet Carriers.

In any case, if you change orders, you are importing data manually and you made an import before the change, please try to wait at least 15 minutes since the previous import and that hopefully should sort such problems out.

Am I seeing things or is the system traffic number being update much more frequently now? If I wait about 2 mins, and refresh the system webpage, I get a different number of players that could be higher or lower. As it seems more dynamic (to me), does that mean that it's an actual concurrent number of (Inara) players instead of a 24 hour peak?
Also, as I understand it, each player is counted once in this total. But if a player visits the same system multiple times, does it count each visit from the same player? For example, if I visit Shinrarta 5 times within 24 hours, is that counted as one player present or 5? Sorry, I think I asked you this before but can't find your answer.

I have noticed some weirdness within the game lately regarding updating information: I had a mission to buy 72 Micro-weave Cooling Hoses from a Fleet Carrier. I mae the purchase and returned to the station that provided the mission. I was unable to finish the mission because the game said I had no Micro-weave Cooling Hoses.
I checked my inventory and sure enough, it was empty. As it was very late, I gave up and went to bed.
This morning I hopped on the game and noticed now I DID have the Micro-weave Cooling Hoses. I checked history in EDDiscovery and sure enough it showed the purchase the night before. So I finished the mission. I seem to remember some things don't happen until you reboot or wait (maybe your 15 minutes?)
There have been other issues; I provided Wellington Beck 5 Insight Entertainment suites to get access to Uma Laszlo. Wellington's site says I provided the Insight Entertainment suites and have access to Uma, but I never received the invite. And yes I am Unfriendly with Sirius Corp.
