Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

The flight log has been uploaded with the name: FL 1578-33011208D, I'd like to know if it is possible to get back the NetLog file that generated it. If not, I'd lose 70+ Jumps in Captain's Log and I would be very sad

but in this thread some people talk about tweeter only, other about youtube video and other radio, and so on.
while approaching the subject of video, people will want to do a trailer, other talk about make a series of story and other wanna do tutorial or else.
and more deeper in the subject of a trailer, people will want to talk only about the music inside it, while other will want talk about the technical stuff with the mounting software, while other again will want to talk about how their will organize for capturing the video and so on...
At the end, the post of someone is never coherent with the previous one.
and this bunch of mess make them hmmm nervous

If not, there should be a way to either remove your avatar or reset to default (using your primary rank).

I don't know that there is a search function, but they are pretty easy to sift through just scrolling down.

Hit F3 and use the browser search, is what I'd suggest. They're all on one page, so it should be trivial for the browser to find a particular wing.

Well, at least creating a thread like "We are making our own special trailer" will help for now, for such kind of concentrated discussion and effort.
Annabunches(Prospective) wing member just found this bug: when applying to join a wing, if "application text is required" is set, you can still click the submit button without any text in the request description field. If you do, it looks like it succeeds but doesn't actually send the request.

NeuhofIs there a way to remove your avatar without setting a new one? I noticed some people are using their pilot federation rank as their avatar (which I assume is set by the site).

AticAtacSorry, I am probably being dense here but I seem unable to load an avatar into my settings. The picture is 150 x 150 but there appears to be no way to save it and every time I move away from the page it disappears. Any advice?
Is it also JPG or PNG? You can eventually send me your avatar image to elite@inara.cz and I will take a look where the problem is.
OzramNoticed a member of my wing has two other names under "Possible Duplicity". Is this to say he has more than one persona in Inara?
Yes, it's possible he/she has more accounts here. But it also may be completely different person just using the same network.
