Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Oh, I understand. I've seen this before, sometimes. Either the conflict state hasn't started, or it is over, or it's a bug.

That bug is best reported to Frontier. I don't think Artie can fix it

iAmJethroHey, I just set up EDDiscovery and Inara is updating my credits and a whole bunch of other stuff but not my materials and engineers. Is there something else I need to do for it to start checking my inventory?
My data is, as far as I know, only updated completely when I login again into ED. During playing and after log out only a part is updated.

I see the import from frontier button says coming soon. Anyone have any idea of how soon? I am playing on PS4 and the only way to get my data to Inara other than manually entering everything all the time would be through this option.

So far all I have been able to do is manual up date to Inara. I have Elite PC but got it through Stream so I'm hope the new button works for that.

Yeah my squadron-mates told me the same thing but my materials, engineer access and some other stuff don't update even after I relog. Inara still shows 0 materials in my inventory and my CMDR doesn't have access to any of the engineers on the site. My assets and some other data seem to update but not the inventory.

Not at the moment. In respect to certain upcoming features, I am rather thinking about removing the loadout import completely and keep just the direct links there.
MaddavoOn the cmdr-craftinglists-components page it would be good if there was an option to list the components by type - eg separating the Raw materials, Manufactured materials and Data.

No idea, it should usually work without any problems. I see no material updates received in your recent API log entries, so it will be better to consult it with EDDiscovery guys, what is going on.
LyonhaertArtie, so I found out that https://cdb.sotl.org.uk/engineers (when you click on each engineer) you can see what grade the different blueprints are at (they're divided a little strangely, though).

No exact time yet. I would like to finish a basic implementation next week, but as the whole Frontier's service is still work in progress and not yet official, it may have unexpected problems (as Anthor from EDSM discovered). For that reason I won't make it live until it will be reliable and safe to do so.

It will, but as you are on PC, the best way for you is to use one of the app using Inara API (EDMC, ELA, EDDiscovery) and you will get much more detailed imports with that. But the manual journal import is a way, too.

When searching for a minor faction, In the resultant table where it lists the systems with that minor faction presence, would it be possible to list distance to that system from current location in the table? thanks.
Technically, it's trivial to do... but space in the table is limited. I will try to figure out something.
