Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I know this is an FDev thing related with the latest patch, but I'm not sure if they should be counted as a faction in the system's faction count.
At the moment their presence is making it a lot harder to figure out where a system expansion is likely to be to (something Inara used to do very well).

Aunty SledgeHi Artie. There seems to be a faction called Pilots' Federation Local Branch which is appearing in Inara but not in the in-game faction list on the right menu.
I know this is an FDev thing related with the latest patch, but I'm not sure if they should be counted as a faction in the system's faction count.

Thanks for the information! Apparently, the faction was renamed and so was created as a new minor faction in Inara database and bypassed my filter that way. Fixed.

Major improvements of Import Frontier Data feature - it's now possible to import game journals online, directly from Frontier's servers, so you don't need to upload them manually. And yes, it works for console players as well. Flight logs, mission logs, reputation states, materials, cargo, everything is now available for XBox/PS4 commanders, too! (Of course, after the Frontier's servers will go online.) [...]
Thank-you very much for this Artie! I use Inara when I'm planning engineering runs and determining what materials I need to collect or what I can trade. Having to input all the cargo data manually from Xbox was a chore but still worth it, this will save me a lot of time and boredom.

ArtieAdded Conflicts tab on minor faction pages and squadron faction overview, to provide more details about actual conflicts (should be properly populated by data after 3.4 game update).

It is not at the moment, but it's something I would like to do. I want to see how it will be going at the current setup first.

The server didn't provide any journal data, it's completely out of my control, but - does a repeated request made a few minutes later provide something, so the update is made? There may be some cases that server won't provide journal "on time", but may serve them later. I would like to double check this option, as it may be caused by the servers offline previously.
Another option to try is to unlink your account in the Settings and try to set it anew. Yet another option is to try to get into the game first, to see if any actual entries are provided at least.

Would it be possible to have rich text editing for a ship description ?
Some of my ships are very important to me, and I tend to have a long description retracing the history of said ships.
Being able to add some formatting there would be nice :-)
