Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Marrakech: Well, it was made that way because there was/is game bug that shows some goods illegal on galaxy map, but it was perfectly legal on the market/system. It seems that with latest bounty/crime changes this bug remained, so it's possible to buy illegal goods on market but authorities are punishing it? Also for confirmation, which system/station/commodity it is?
Thanks for the reply!
I think the bug might've been fixed with 1.3.06:
- Activated Powerplay effects to make the appropriate Commodities legal or illegal in markets controlled or exploited by Powers. The System - Authorities have been informed about these changes to their prohibited lists.
https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=160862
Also, some Powers modify what's legal and what's not, which still makes tracking them all a bit trickier!
The system/station/commodity I entered was Prahlada/Fulton Survey/Battle Weapons
Thanks again.

ArtieMarrakech: Hmmm.... and are authorities punishing you for Battle weapons there (if Battle weapons are still present after the patch)? As this system is in Archon Delaine's dominion, there was initially all kind of weapons, slaves, etc. legalized (but just in controlled systems, which Prahlada isn't), then it was removed from the game and now I am not sure if it is back or not and in what range (I will check that in the game on exploitation bonuses descriptions later). It's a mess little bit.
The authorities aren't punishing me - I'm a good smuggler
Yes, I agree that it is a bit messy and I can appreciate it must be a headache for you to put together!
I'll stick to my notebook for black market prices for the time being, so not to add to any confusion until you've got something working.
Thanks again for looking into it and for doing a great job here! o7

Loriath
Because others have been rising up, and you sir, have been slacking off!
Also I think more people have been coming into Inara and a larger sample means adjustments.
/child whining mode activated/ But why should I be punished for doing what I enjoy, other should be punished as well!!! /child whining mode deactivated/
No, seriously, nerf it, nerf it all!!!!! Except exploring...

In any case - ranks (trade/exploration/combat) are having the same "value" there (so for example Expert=Merchant=Trailblazer)

- new feature: EDDN support - Inara is now subscribed to EDDN data stream, so we are getting latest market price updates from the rest of Elite community. Well, in fact, EDDN updates are there for almost a week already, I just do not announced it earlier (as it was test-run).
It also worths to mention that just data from apps like Market Connector and similar are used, other sources are discarded, so price updates should be very reliable and without errors. - new feature: Friends list - no additional description needed, you will find it in your CMDR page
- Market page improvements: supply/demand is now displayed and can be also edited. Minor changes to commodity prices edit process.
- Options for signature and licence added (in CMDR's log > Signature), it may be further enhanced in the future. Also, additional private groups may be added there on request (major/large groups only).
- Logbook entries now can be deleted, logbook archive added (under Galaxy>Archive)

BTW, in CMDR'S LOG, when you click "Friends" button (left menu), the Overview button (left menu) is no more clickable.

DeVice Null BTW, in CMDR'S LOG, when you click "Friends" button (left menu), the Overview button (left menu) is no more clickable.
I don't see any problem there, too. Is there something visible overlapping?
Loriath Like the friends list. Is there a way to send a request from another commanders page in place yet rather than copy paste?
Button added

Don't know, i'm using Chrome and "Overview" button is no more clickable in the "Friends & Favorites" section. This button is clickable in the other sections.
Sorry, but i can't upload any screenshot right now

Lase MoorayI have been trying to update the picture for one of my ships but it doesn't seem to want to work. It is the right size, file and pixel. Site says changes saved but hasn't updated picture
Ah, it was problem with cache, please reload a page. It should be fixed for any further image updates.
BenjethSo, the EDDN support. Is that a one-way street? I only update Inara because it's by far my favorite Elite site, hands down. Does this mean anything I update myself is going to get overwritten by EDDN? And is the Inara data being sent back to contribute to EDDN's consistency?
Yes, it's one-way from EDDN to Inara, none of your commodity price data are sent back to EDDN (it's little bit more complicated with v2 schema anyway). Your updates may be overwritten but as there are used just data from tools like MarketConnector (which is taking data from Frontier's API) it means that those data won't be wrong in any way. In other words - no fuzzy OCR data from EDDN are used and these data are completely ignored. So if that happen and your data will be overwritten, those will be just up to date and correct data, without any risks.
