Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

But, that is titled "Latest minor factions reputation changes" << so, isn't that only latest changes? What if I wanted to see a list of all factions I am an ally with? (Or friendly?) Is that possible?
BR
To be honest, I was not spending time to do minor factions reputation overview into more details, as there seems to be no reason for that (as usually nobody cares about it, outside of the preferred/current systems they are in). Is there any particular reason why it should be useful? I can reconsider that when there will be a good reason.
AthanasiusI've edited things now, but the Nu Wanga system had some assets listed as owned by "Carii Ltd", a minor faction that isn't even in the system (may have been in the past). On the edit page for the assets the Controlling Faction defaulted to "--", and I've now edited them to the correct ones.
Something bad in the handling when a minor faction is kicked out of a system ?
Yeah, that's alright. As the minor factions presence in the given star systems and the stations ownership are updated independently in the journals, it's hard to link all the changes together. When some faction leaves the star systems, there are two ways how to handle their "remaining" assets (that holds some older information about the ownership) - leave it as is (which is wrong) or reset the ownership and leave then without any owner or presume some other faction is a new owner (which is also wrong). I have decided for the first solution, as it's less prone to errors (so any wrong minor factions update also won't reset the stations). When the station is edited, it defaults to "none" as the original minor faction is not present anymore and that suggests it should be changed to the correct owner instead. If ignored, the station will stay without any owner, at least until the new data will come in. Basically, the whole mechanics is just about choosing a lesser evil.

Strange issue here: I'm a Steam player and I manually import my log daily to keep my stats up to date but they are showing some inconsistencies with what happened in the game. I got some missions marked as expired or failed when I actually completed them and I once got a 80k credit loss accounted for on Inara that never happened in the game.
I'm not complaining and I can easily live with it. Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing these kind of "inconsistencies".

Ha, at least you got it to work !
I am getting the dreaded 302 error for weeks now, and frontier seems to not give a damn. Just the standard BS answers "we will fix that real soon now" ... so i don't hold my breath.

Hello,
it's definitely not usual. I am not exactly sure where the problem is, but if do you can send me (elite@inara.cz) the journals from days when the missions were completed, I can take a look. By the way, I see the minor credits differences between your sessions recorded (-259, -266, -278, etc.) - do you have an idea where the differences may be coming from? There is probably something that either the parser is not catching or is missing in the journals - it may also explain the 80k credit difference (if it was not caused by some skipped journal which was not imported).

By the official patch notes, it should be fixed today.

Hi!
Maybe I got it: I normally import the last journal of the day... maybe that is where the discrepancies come from. If I play two different session in a day but I upload only the last one some information will be missing, of course. Am I right?

ArtieYes, if the game was turned off between the sessions, it will create a new journal file so you can have a multiple journals per day. That will explain the missing stuff for sure.
Perfect! I'll upload all journals, in order, then.
Oh, no. If the new update will work as required I won't have to do it anymore! XD

No Arx ? ok, fine by me ... didn't care for them anyway.
But at least the update was not a complete failure, so ... yay
BTW: Thanks artie for your work.

Since the recent game update, Frontier servers are little bit struggling - for that reason, you may see a high amount of http 500 errors while importing data from Frontier. You may just try to re-link your accounts, if that will help. Also, the journals are currently missing all the statistics data (used primarily for assets, rankings and awards here), so you may still see the old values (or were reset) and also your overall assets value may be completely incorrect. There is nothing I can do about that, we just need to wait until it will be fixed on Frontier's side.

Ziggy87Hi!
I get an 401 error when i try to link my Xbox Account.
If you did nothing wrong, granted all the privileges required to Inara/Frontier during the process, etc. then please try again later. It may be caused by the current server turbulence Frontier is having.

And yes your frontier account is all you need send them an email and they can transfer your console account to pc but only credit value of your progress, all of your rankings etc will be on zero as mine were.....but I did have nearly 1 billion credits in my account, felt like the biggest noob ever.
Frontier support will help with keys and stuff to get you up and running ..
Hope this helped a little
