Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Yep, it is a problem with the Frontier's server at the moment. No idea when it will be fixed, but as Frontier is still working on the fixes, I suppose it may be solved this week.

On the edit page for the assets the Controlling Faction defaulted to "--", and I've now edited them to the correct ones.

Yeah, that's alright. As the minor factions presence in the given star systems and the stations ownership are updated independently in the journals, it's hard to link all the changes together. When some faction leaves the star systems, there are two ways how to handle their "remaining" assets (that holds some older information about the ownership) - leave it as is (which is wrong) or reset the ownership and leave then without any owner or presume some other faction is a new owner (which is also wrong). I have decided for the first solution, as it's less prone to errors (so any wrong minor factions update also won't reset the stations). When the station is edited, it defaults to "none" as the original minor faction is not present anymore and that suggests it should be changed to the correct owner instead. If ignored, the station will stay without any owner, at least until the new data will come in. Basically, the whole mechanics is just about choosing a lesser evil. [/quote]

if i know correct, if faction retires from system, all they actives transfer to system owner
but i may be wrong, better ask EDBGS folks)))

I guess we all have a similar problem i just dont like the look of my current status stuff i have more creds now and done a lot more but cant import the data.

Please contact Frontier Support if this persists.
Was just curious to know if Inara has attempted to log into the frontier service with that authorization finder account? Is it possible that a new DEV client needed to be created, password for it needs to be reset, or has that already been attempted? I know personally, I had to reset my personal password in order to log into the Auth Service on Frontier.
Just a random thought I guess
