Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

The grade 1 roll in the picture above is what I mean by highlighted, maybe selected is the better word.
The reason this would be useful is that I would usually not want to use the existing value of the input, rather I will want to erase it or change it completely. Right now that either means I have to triple click before I can type, or I have to click in and backspace before I can type. If I could just click once and then type, that'd make it easier.
I appreciate it's not a groundbreaking request but for quality of life it would definitely help

I've been trying to update my account for a few days now and re-linked as instructed but to no avail - could you assist? The same problem as reported for other commanders.

Please try it again. Your import date was adjusted and if no other error appear, it should work.

Artieakenham19I'm getting the same issue as sabrehawk - multiple resets of account link (successful) but long pause on import followed by an error and a request to reset my account link.
I have purchased a FC on launch day and I think the issue might have started around then.
PS inara is totally awesome and I don't know what I'd do without it. Hitting the donate button whilst I'm here regardless of whether I get a fix or no (:
I suppose you are getting error 28, correct? If yes, I can adjust your import dates to skip the problematic day(s).
Tried again, got HttpCode 206, reset the API link, repeated and success - thanks for the reply!

if you had a minute i have been trying to link my Fleet Carrier (Lunar Midnight W60-K7B) to my Inara, but cant get it. I re-linked my account to frontier and tried to import data, but keep receiving the fetch 28.

It's censored in/from the game, I suggest to change the name right in the game, as your carrier name is displayed to other players that way there, too.

I suspect they don't like the letter "s Ex" which FDev will be trapping in your harmless name.

even when i upload all the log from the day i've bought my Fleet Carrier, it doesn't count it
every time i try to update from Frontier :
"There was a problem with Frontier's service while requesting the data. Please try to re-link your account (reset account link in the Settings) and repeat your request.
[httpCode: 0, fetchCode: 28]"
i already re-linked it several time

DragoCubXWhat should I do to fill in the numbers for the FC ingame statistics on Inara? All fields are listed as "unknown" right now. I know I looked at ingame FC statistics once in the codex before while running EDMC, so that can't be the trigger and now I'm wondering what is ^^'
I have added this just yesterday, I suppose it should get populated on your next session start (and its import through journals or API).
