Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Your import date was adjusted, please try again. There are some problematic journals (probably connected to the NavRoute event spam in the journals which was fixed recently) that cannot be downloaded from the Frontier's server.

Just wanted to follow up: I check my FC Purchase Date and some personal Images from FC Testing in the days that followed. My own FC/IN Profile Update Issue seems to coincide with a Test Market trip to a VERY Player-Busy System. There were so many Fleet Carriers in and around the system at the time that we experienced Lag Issues even in Private and Solo.
Our FC Jump in and out was fine, but the frame rate and issues within the game brought a short end to the Test. And it would appear after that period the Profile Update Issue began for myself.
I have yet to figure out if it is also on the 14th for other CMDRs? Or if it is truly something in-game related to High FC Traffic Systems? OR simply post-update bug issues in general?

It should, although there may be conditions when it's not registered correctly, not sure (I need to take a pass on signatures to double check all the new features and changes are properly reflected there). If it's not shown as it should, please turn off and on the signature to re-generate it.

The problem is appearing on various dates and is probably connected to the NavRoute event spam into the journals (which should be now fixed). That may be also a cause of your FPS drops. I think that I haven't seen any problem with error 28 on journals made after the latest patch. But hard to tell exactly, it's just my speculation.
Toe4Hello, would there be away for inara to log if a commander was on your carrier? Perhaps a carrier roster, where a commander could be added to the roster then check themselves docked or undocked? We are on an expedition and don't all play at the same time. Thanks
There may be a way. I have an idea how to make it without compromising commander's privacy (too much). But it will work just with commanders on Inara, updating their data/flight logs, of course.

MoleculorMy location seems to be permanently set to Sol, despite me being in The Abyss, which is the other side of the galaxy. I've tried setting my location, it doesn't work. I've tried having Inara grab my data from Frontier directly... I'm still set to Sol. I can't seem to use Nearest without it giving me data as if I'm at Sol, all distances to Fleet Carriers are measured from Sol, etc. What am I doing wrong?
Yes, Inara doesn't store every single star system. But, for the nearest searches you can use the region you are actually in instead, it's a dropdown menu just below the star system input.

On a detailed check, it seems that your signature image is generated as it should, so it may be just something in the cache, if do you see that on FD forum. Force reload (Ctrl+F5) the page in such case.

I noticed this and wanted to pass it along, in case it's a bigger problem.

I do not have the "Edit Carrier" button to set my carrier details visible to everyone or set as a squadron carrier.

I am checking the signature from inara's signature page. When I change the background it works immediately but the current ship is not displayed. No big deal just letting you know
