Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

ArtieMr_Tayto1983Hi, I can't seem to autheticate Inara via Steam - any fix for this.
Please try to use Frontier platform for connection instead, it usually helps.
Thanks for the reply - I have tried but had to rest my Frontier password, they sent the link but they're no way to actually set a new password, it keeps sending me to the "reset password" link.

Try using a different browser or deleting cookies. Some Frontier websites (the webshop in particular) don't let me sign in on Opera for example, while using Edge works. So might be a similar issue for you

Nickolai FiremothNot sure if its possible, but it would be cool if fleet carrier owners could see which (inara) CMDRs have docked at it
Just to same extent, but yes. I am currently testing something.

Eli ShmieFleet carrier “costs covered for” seems to be pulling it’s number from the total Fleet Carrier balance, not the percentage allocated for upkeep. Shouldn’t that be the case?
It did that originally, but given that upkeep can also use cash from non-allocated money without asking for permission from the owner, I reported that as an error and requested the change. Apparently our opinions are different on this

As Drago noted, it seems the carriers are taking the maintenance fees from the whole credits pool, thus why I made it that was after the request. Or is your experience different? I am not sure if anybody tested how it will behave when non-zero reserve is set and and the reserve is depleted.
Nickolai FiremothThere's a carrier called Lambda's Guardian (J7G-N3Z) that is supposedly buying LTDs for a ridiculous price today, and according to INARA, docking access is set to "ALL" however upon arriving at the carrier, it is actually set to "None." I believe the CMDR is trolling. Why is INARA reporting the wrong docking permission? I am running EDMC, and I arrived in the instance, but the docking permission on INARA did not update.
Hmmm... that's problematic, as manual input may lead also to trolling. Please edit the station and remove the commodity market for that station, it's awkward, but it will work until the carrier will be updated with new properties.
ZraouldukezSo it shows that its updating my market info, but my carrier still does not to seem to show up in commodities listings, and i offer better prices than carriers and stations that are listed, why would i not show up on lists, also it shows its updating market info but it doesnt update my outfitting still, the main question is why i am not showing on lists as no one will know i'm buying or selling, also i am on PS4
Everything seems to be alright to me. Your FC seems to be selling just limpets (or at least FDev server is telling so) and those are not listed.

I'm talking overall asset amount here.
How can my overall asset amount be;
Overall assets
1,171,713,039 Cr
when I own a $5,000,000,000.00+ Fleet Carrier?
Or maybe this is just a bug that needs to be fixed, and INARA already is aware of this.
Thanks in advance.

If you sell the carrier, you regain the money, but until you do, it's subject to the maintenance fee, so it's not really yours.

Drake-Class Carrier
"Lastly, the owner is refunded the full cost of their Fleet Carrier and any installed services, minus any unpaid debt in cases of automatic decommissioning or a fixed fee of 125 million credits in cases of voluntary decommissioning."
Fleet Carriers Update - Patch Notes
* When decommissioning a carrier you will receive a full refund.
* Voluntary decommissioning will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the Debt Threshold.
When cancelling the decommissioning of a Fleet Carrier, the owner will receive an inbox message to confirm the cancellation.
So, yes!,... FCs should be considered as an asset, just as other ships are, within the sim/game.
Thanks in advance.
