Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Nickolai FiremothI see a bug under my commander section, where occasionally, items from my friend's achievements history get mixed into my achievements history, and vice versa. This includes engineer access, and ship purchases.
Do you can be more specific, please? I would like to know what exactly, more precisely at which date this happened. I have my suspicion to multi-crew, as it may be "leaking" more that just ship loadouts of other commanders in the the session data, but I need to take a look what actually came in.

only doubt is: why wanted NPC aren't considered (maybe with no score and in a separate column)?
Game-wise Bounty Hunting is done fighting NPCs as well and in the current way only PvP will be recorded, basically discriminating all PvE CMDRs.
The (NPC) bounty hunting is basically covered by the medals and rankings&statistics already. It's not about discriminating PvE players, but providing some motivation to law enforcers attempting to make the galaxy a safer place (in Open mode). As the fighting against the real commander is often a very different discipline, I don't think mixing PvE and PvP in this area is a good idea.

Not possible to obtain user journals from cAPI. The Frontier's service is down or cAPI didn't return any relevant data, please try to repeat your request later.

The bizare thing is that HTTP 418 isnt even a real return code. Its the "im a teapot" status code...

Signature images are cached for fairly long time, try force-refreshing browser (Ctrl+F5 in Chrome).

Nekito StriderSo i recently joined Elite on Xbox, and ive been having a real gas with inara, but as i just made a player faction I noticed that even if i sync my data, despite my confirming its existence in the system, the factions of the system are not updating. am i doing something wrong?
Xbox players need to rely on the Frontier cAPI which doesn't load data in real time, and I'm not even sure if it updates system data (perhaps someone can confirm that?). PC players run ED:MC in the background (I'm sure there are other tools) to update Inara's system data in real time which is really useful for those playing the BGS.
I've just flown to your system and you are now showing on Inara, however you'll need a longer term solution of getting your data updated on a regular basis. Do you have "Import Frontier Data" set to Auto-Update?

My Flight Log is not reporting the name of my Sidewinder... she’s the only ship that has this kind of “problem” for me. Is it fixable?
