Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

KaizimmIn terms of adding missing stations/settlements/Megaships to system pages on Inara, you can just add them yourself, there is a button to edit their info and add new ones. Just go to System Stations -> Megaships and then click the top right hand button "Add Station/Installation".
I already saw the edit button concerning specific megaships, but as far as I'm concerned I can't add anything. Maybe a role thing?

No idea, I see your image in bio without any issues. The best format for the avatar image is 300x300 px JPG, as Whiplash wrote. But if do you will use your current image as is in the biography, it should work, too.
So you can see my image in the upper left hand corner, in the box? I can't see it and I've looked at the page through three different browsers. Tried multiple image format types, sizes. i've copied other people's profile images here on inara and working on their profiles, uploaded them to mine, and it doesn't show up. I even looked at my bio page through safari on my phone at it isn't showing up there either.

I cannot replace that image no matter what that image format is (PNG or JPG) or what aspect ratio it is. Nothing works.

It's easy to confuse these two image uploading pages, I personally fell into the same mistake back then.

Nathan AtterleinI think you might have a similar issue to the one recently discussed in general, you uploaded a biography photo, not a Commander avatar. Look for the Settings button next to Logout, then navigate over to account settings. If you upload your image there, it will be visible on your profile page.
It's easy to confuse these two image uploading pages, I personally fell into the same mistake back then.

I had a feeling I was missing some kind of separation between these images I just couldn't figure out what it was.

Not sure if it's a lot of work, Artie, but if not, could you add a small text next to the biography photo that it does not equate to the profile avatar? This seems to be a recurring issue, that, like I mentioned before, got me too back in the day.

Ooooh ok, you need to 1st go to the concerned system page, got it. What about moving bulk cruisers? Do you add them to each system, or is there a way to integrate their programmed route?

As I don't know where they'll appear in the other systems (distance from the main star) I don't add them. Moving assets makes things hard for this site, Artie is aware of it. We've also asked to be able to post the travel logs, so I keep a record of those (also helps me track them down when they do move).

Thanks for the infos Aunty, I'll add those megaships in the systems I've spotted them. One relatively simple way to add their routes would be a conditional text field appearing when selecting the megaship category, so we could manually enter it, along with the amount of hackable emitters and cargos! Not perfect, but good enough I'd say
