Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

NovartisQuestion: There seem to be some "Star Systems" missing from Inara.
For example: HIP 36601
Another Example: Outotz LS-K D8-3
Is there a specific reason that I missed, or is this a bug?

Yes, as Aunty noted, only the populated systems, systems with stations or (any) star systems within certain distance from "major points" (1000Ly from Sol or 200Ly from Colonia) are stored at the moment. Although there may be some exceptions outside those "rules".

Ultima_Louiei dont get the thargoid war seccion numbers honestly... for my part i know my numbers arent real, am not counting my tharg kills but i sure as hell dont have 0 rescues, 0 items salvaged as the most i do is rescue business! point is, if its not accurate whats the point of exalting war heroes? vanity trip? gg
As mentioned on the Thargoid war page, the stats/numbers are taken just from the recent events through the Import Frontier data. For the reasons also mentioned there.

It also worth noting that the rescues are related to the Thargoid activity, it means while evacuating attacked stations. Which didn't happen for some time, as Thargoids are not attacking any stations at the moment, as far as I know.

Chill man. Your question was answered, the data available is limited and there is one man working on Inara and he isn't paid. Cool your jets and get some perspective.
