Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

How does the ship value is calculated on the ship page? It seems to be way off than the actual in-game values.

I have two FDLs, one is worth ~72M ingame and second a little above 102M, there is no reason for the Inara to show value of one of them to be 176M, even with the 10% value loss.

Nevermind, I swapped ships few times and it updated to the correct value

Dan ShoThis station does not exist in the system:

Thanks for the info, I will try to check what is going on and keep an eye on it, because that installation definitely was there a few days ago.

for player minor factions, it would be nice to get Expansions and Retreat history log, similar like conflict list

No immediate plans for that, but can be read from the influence chart.

Hello!

I noticed that the table in the 'Nearest Inhabited Systems' for a system does not seem to show all the factions in the system it points to. As an example, we can see for this system that the row for Hsuani shows 4 factions, while the system page has 7. It also seems like the state indicator (the little colored dots) are not always up to date either... with Smiters Company in Walladals having the expansion state yet not being displayed in the tab.

This tab has been super useful to monitor some faction activity near systems of interest... I would really love to be able to not have to go through all systems to see the actual factions state

So squadron pages have a Logbooks tab where it collates all logbook entries made by squadron members. Will we see anything similar for Gallery?

It is likely all behaving as intended. Only non-native factions around or below 10% influence are shown (apart from the controlling faction). This is because only those factions could potentially become targets for an invasion (from the system where you're looking from). So the other factions are mostly irrelevant to the BGS players using this function and not shown.
I recommend reading up on BGS guides about expansion mechanics, and specifically invasion mechanics

The states not being updated is usually because data like that on Inara only gets updated via user-submitted data, with third-party tools like ED Market Connector or the Frontier Data Import from an Inara user.
Meaning that someone using these features needs to visit the system in question to update the states of the factions.
Hope that answers your questions

Well... yes and no... i agree that those factions that are hidden might not necessarily important regarding BGS, but it does present an inconsistent view as to factions present on those systems in this very handy table (also, there are native factions there, and above 10% influence too so i am not sure what the logic is behing hiding some factions and not others). As for the states... I understand that data is crowd-sourced, but at this point the inhabited systems table is just not synced with the information actually available IN the page for those systems... So it seems to me like the data has already been submitted by someone but that table is not showing up-to-date information in some cases (last update field seems accurate and influence seems accurate, is just missing the state icon when in other cases there is one)

The list shows factions that are present in the reference (selected) star system (native and non-native), are a controlling faction (also native and non-native) or are non-native with low influence (below 8%) and may retreat. Color coding for that are white (reference), orange (control) and grey (low influence) faction name links. That should provide a basic information covering the expansions for picking the candidates and getting more details at the respective star system pages. I have however some further improvements on the list.
The blue dot for expansion is shown only for star system with high influence (which may be an origin of the expansion, but it's just a guess as there is no exact information coming from the game). Also, as mentioned by Drago, it may depend on the state of the recent updates, for example that faction mentioned has two very old expansion states there (although it's technically a faction-wide state, I am currently not handling it on that level as it brings various complications and having it per system as the rest of the states is somewhat good enough).

Been looking at my Carrier -> Cargo and seeing all purely mined ores/metals being displayed with value = 0
Naturally that does not reflect their actual value.

I wonder if that could be changed to at least count mined stuff as by their Galactic Average, as to give at least a somewhat more realistic representation of their value?
Just a minor thing but it always catched my eye (i.e. seeing 2490t of mined Platinum onboard with value = 0 ).

No problem, will be there in a next minor update.
