Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Hi-JoBeIs it just me or does the Galnet News not update anymore?
In the steam launcher i see two new messages (27-05 and 28-05) but these are not visible on Inara or EDSM?
Yeah, Frontier changed some stuff in their backend from where the Galnet was fetched (I will need to adjust also a few things for the community goals), but it should work now again.

I know it's all a work in progress. Just an FYI, I think the values on the crafting are off or the math is. ie step 4-5. Not sure if rep has anything to do with it. But I don't think it does.

Thanks for the report, it's actually an old-fashioned bug, in the crafting lists upgrades (it counts a previous grade requirement in). It will be fixed in an hour.

- The outfitting search now contains also grade 2-5 suits and weapons, but be aware that due to game mechanics there is NO guarantee any G2+ suits and weapons are currently present in the stations listed. Also, the database is still being populated for the G2+ weapons, so it may take a couple of days until it will provide a wider range of stations in the results.
- Improved personal loadouts listing, it now contains also suit and weapon grades, including mods. You may need to switch between your loadouts in the game, so the information is properly written into the journal in case your loadout properties are missing after the journal import.
- Improved mods listings for engineers, added extra parameters for the suit upgrades (still incomplete, please share the screenshots for the rest).
- Fixed a problem with crafting list upgrades counting a lower grade than set into the material requirements. Please re-check and re-adjust the grades for upgrades set in your crafting lists.
- Fixed a rare bug during journal imports with ships of other commanders being added into your fleet while in multicrew. If that happened to you, please simply remove such ships via the ship edit in your fleet.
- There will be an Inara API update later today or during the weekend, so your favorite apps like EDMC, EDDiscovery, EDDI, etc. will be able to implement Odyssey stuff for updating your commander profiles on Inara. The Inara API change log will be published separately.
- Various other improvements and fixes.

It's a link to a sheet related to discovered suit/weapon related modding stuff, might help filling in a few blanks? The list is still incomplete, but I think there are shitton of useless stuff that we get from missions. Yet another reason to open up a spreadsheet or some shit and check stuff out, because Elite is Elite. *sigh*
By the way, might I suggest a few things? "Items and Data" tab does exist, but it's not listed under Engineering, and lots of these said Items and Data are required for on-foot related engineering. I don't know what your plans are for these stuff, are you planning to make a "Component view" for these, displaying what they're used for and so on like normal materials?
Also, when the list is complete, maybe adding "used for" column like in that sheet would be a great cheatsheet to decide what to keep / get rid of.

Thanks for the link! As I am going through it, it doesn't appear there is anything that Inara doesn't have already (all the upgrade and blueprints costs are covered already, the only currently incomplete stuff are properties of some engineers and bonus parameters for the G4 a G5 suit upgrades).

Yep, I will very likely change that items and data list to be more on par with the components list and move it under engineering, as those items have an importance for the engineering more than anything else. Crafting list support for the mods is certainly on the list.
Drunken SquidHey there, new to the site and love it!. Wondered if combat bonds are displaying correctly in the statistics? Showing as 0 completed, and 0 credits for me? These are combat bonds from the newbie area, Alpha vs Omega in Orna. Displaying the credits fine in my finance logs though. Just the stats tab

ArtieGuys, I would like to update suit upgrades on Inara for the armor resistance parameters, I however have just a couple of them. Can you please share screenshots of the following suits, with the suit stats displayed (right side of the screen)? Preferably without resistance mod (I am not sure if those alter the stats on the overview or not).
- Maverick for grades 4, 5
- Artemis for grades 4, 5
- Dominator for grade 5
Also, I am interested in the weapon stats. All grades, all types, modded or not - the numbers are visible on the loadout screen.
Couldn't find anything on it here, but I can confirm that the resistance mod do update the side panel. I managed to get lucky to find two suits of the same type and grade, one with the resistance mod. I can provide a screenshot later today if you want evidence.

Hmmm still displaying as 0 on latest import since last session. Perhaps it's got something to do with those particular bonds? Maybe it's bugged for combat bonds in the starter area?

Have you logged into Elite since? FDev tend to generate a new record once a new session has been started. It's always a little behind the real figures so whilst it's useful in the longer term view of your progress it rarely tells you your current status.
